There's no need for such a short cancellation window, they are no where near efficient enough to despatch an order within 24 hours. Was told they can't cancel any of the order due to it not all being despatched, part of the order was going to be delivered in a few weeks time so they can't cancel it. Who in IT made this caveman system where the person on the other end, who WORKS FOR THE COMPANY, can't cancel orders. They also no longer provide receipts, relying on the word being hooked to the digital age. What is this? What idiot is in charge. No longer feel like a customer, more so an inconvenience or child that they're "dealing with". These companies need to change their priorities, they've gotten way to big for their boots.

The shopping centre is light and clean but there are not many shops in the centre itself. It has a good cafe where you can sit and people watch.

The guy appeared to be very knowledgeable about the product, the company,and the different types of leather to choose from. He suggested that we go away and think about it before commiting to the expense because I was a bit hesitant to spend so much on one chair. (the price was in line with other outlets and online) I went back a week or so later and placed my order. I was told that it woulkd be a twelve week wait which was okay with me. The chair arrived after 10 weeks. I was delighted with it and the after service. I have had the chair for nine months and am still delighted. I could have purchased this from other places but I'm glad I went to Annetts for truly personal service that didn't put me under any pressure to buy.

I popped in today to have a look at some sofas as I'd been pricing them up online for a while…read more Firstly I was delighted to find some gorgeous pieces in my price range, and secondly I wasn't jumped on by pushy sales staff. Emmie came out to help me when I wanted some information and she was great. Really knowledgable, friendly and was not pushing a sale. She understood my family needs and had great advice. I'd pretty much settled on a sofa, and she advised me to have a think. She armed me with the swatches to borrow to see how the colours would fit in my home, and all the prices and info I needed. On my way out of the shop, I spotted another sofa I'd not noticed. I called Emmie back over, and we weighed up the options. Again she encouraged me to think it over, but I was sold! Emmy was friendly and helpful, and I felt I'd received a really personal service, without feeling pressured or given the hard sell. Can't wait for my delivery!

Basic…read morerequests were met with monosylabic answers, blank looks and, on one occassion when I asked if they had something in a different size, rolled eyes and a huff off to the back to check, being told simply 'Nope' when the lady returned, no 'sorry' or advising if I could order it online instead. Have never had service like this from any other branch of Next, come to think of it, can't remember service this bad in any other store. Won't be shopping there again.
