Terrible company, online order and they said they can only cancel if you want to make changes within 30 minutes of placing the order - relying on you not noticing an error until it's too late. There's no need for such a short cancellation window, they are no where near efficient enough to despatch an order within 24 hours. Was told they can't cancel any of the order due to it not all being despatched, part of the order was going to be delivered in a few weeks time so they can't cancel it. Who in IT made this caveman system where the person on the other end, who WORKS FOR THE COMPANY, can't cancel orders. They also no longer provide receipts, relying on the word being hooked to the digital age. What is this? What idiot is in charge. No longer feel like a customer, more so an inconvenience or child that they're "dealing with". These companies need to change their priorities, they've gotten way to big for their boots. read more

Oh dear. There are many, many things I miss about the UK, but service in stores is not one of them. It's a great shock to come over and realize that rude, unhelpful service is not only tolerated, but seems to be accepted as normal and appropriate. The first major retailer to realize that treating your customers well is good for business is going to clean up. read more

I will never trust to buy from this Company on line ever again. This morning I got my parcel from them. I had on the first day of their promotion ordered over £50.00 of goods in order to take them up on the first day of their offer of a beauty box for £15.00. I was told this was in stock and paid for all goods. Goods arrived but no beauty box although on my invoice it should have been! Rang up and was told they were out of stock and would I like a £15.00 refund? Not good enough. No apology. When I click on to pay for something if it is not in stock I rely on them to be honest and tell me. Feel conned. All goods to be returned tomorrow. To be honest can get these things anywhere and probably cheaper. Big let down. What has happened to you M&S? You have lost me as a customer. read more
