Unfortunately subpar workmanship was done upon construction of the condominium that I live in…read moreresulting in leaking in the sunroom of my neighbor below. Certainly not precision construction who did the original work. However they were hired to repair the issue. Our association hired Jim Pellock at Percision construction to come up with an appropriate solution. These panels were put down last fall and that's when I started to express my concerns to our homeowners association regarding the workmanship. As the temperature rises the panels buckle significantly and omit a horrible odor that makes it impossible to open our sliding glass door and enjoy any breeze when it's above 75°. Upon complaining to Crescent Green Condominium Association, the response back from our management company diversified via our HOA, was that Jim suggested that I place a rug down on my patio to remedy the problem. Jim also offered me an additional option, of choosing a different type of surface for an up charge of $2000 at my own expense. Additionally, The surface is almost impossible to sweep with the broom and I even had to buy a shop vac to address just maintenance as far as leaves and pollen. I can live with that piece, however I cannot live with the smell nor the fact that as the temperature increases the panels buckle significantly. What is it going to look like when we hit 95°?

As requested, Hubs emailed pics of our house and received a quote (house, gutters & outside of windows) that afternoon. Thursday was (another) slightly damp day, so we were contacted that am to see if we wanted to proceed, which Hubs confirmed. Fred (owner) & Derrick arrived @30 minutes beforehand and let us know how they planned on getting tasks completed. (Note: they were very appreciative that we'd mostly cleared off front & back porch ourselves.) Derrick got onto our roof in front to access all our gutters (2+ stories in back) & it was incredible how much gunk blew out after so many years. Fred covered all outdoor sockets & removed screens (later cleaned & reinstalled) and then both alternated between soft washing a side & then cleaning windows. Three other young men arrived & finished up windows. Asked Fred about second story windows that were not dried off and he said solution they use prevents all water spots when dried and said if not "call us and we'll come out to fix it." (Next day: no spots anywhere.) Previous company had power washed our vinyl which left streaks on our (then 10-yr old) siding & windows, so were glad to find a company that uses a different, and very successful, technique. My family began our process towards building our custom home. Throughout the process over the last…read more8 months neither Nate or Mike came out to look at the property with us. It was all done on paper. Our first meeting was only with Nate. We made it clear to him that we wanted our basement left unfinished which supposedly was never told to Mike, who was making the estimates. We had to get rid of square feet in our plans since we were over budget which we completely understood. When we still needed to lose more it was told to us that the only way we could do that was to get rid of our second story and move those bedrooms to the basement. In the entire process we were told that it had to be "turn-key ready". We were never offered an estimate with an unfinished basement until we cut ties. In our meetings when Nate was there, he was always looking at his phone and seems preoccupied. We cut ties and moved on to another contractor who has done more for us in 2 weeks that we got in 8 months from New Beginnings. Since we left New Beginnings we have begun to hear more stories and negative thoughts about New Beginnings. Our exit meeting was full of feigning ignorance and Nate was looking at his phone more than paying attention to us. Glad we cut ties before we went any further.

Another locksmith who I called when I didn't receive an answer from On my way literally told me that he would try to scam me and that he would break my locks and when he called me back, he tried to do just that! Thankfully I passed on him, I can break a window cheaper than that! Immediately after posting this review the man called me back and told me that he was going to contact his lawyers and sue me for slander if I didn't remove this review. Do NOT do business with this guy, like the other locksmith warned me, he will not only try to scam you, but will then threaten you for placing an honest review on Yelp!
