They were not certain they could fix the issue. I called Cal-Air and explained our problem. They were confident in fixing the issue, quoted half the price and came out the next day. Josh and Jeremy were amazing. They spent a few hours finding the leaks, fixing them and getting us running again. The cost was less than half (even lower than quoted) and the experience was amazing. I chose Cal-Air because of the Yelp responses from the ownership. It makes me feel better when people care enough about their customers to comment on their likes and frustrations. Kudos to the whole business and the folks running it!

I hired Affordable Plumbing Sewer & Drain to clear my sewer line. They told me it was done, but…read morewithin just a few days my drains were backing up exactly the same as before. The City of Columbia checked the line and confirmed the issue was still on my side, meaning the line was never fully cleared. I reached out to the company several times, but they stopped responding. I haven't been able to shower or do laundry for days. Any reputable drain company offers a callback/warranty, especially when the problem returns this quickly. Instead of fixing their incomplete work, they left me with the same issue and no communication. This has been extremely stressful and unsanitary, and I've received no support or follow-up. I hope they do the right thing and correct this, but as of now I cannot recommend them.

Called Affordable after being told by Roto Rooter that no promises can be made to avoid paying Double! No promises could be made by Roto Rooter that they would even arrive at my home! Affordable showed up within 2 hours! I know for a fact no other plumber would have given me the price affordable charged me for all the plumbing and other services he did for me and my family! He had to return twice and showed up exactly when he said he would! Not sure why others say he doesn't return because that is simply not true. I highly recommend David and Affordable Plumbing!!

He added the time he was gone into the time spent fixing the problem. The time should have been excluded; I bought this to his attention and was told it would not be excluded. Let's start with this company has restored my faith in humanity!!! Ryan came to my house in Moberly…read moreMo to give me a quote on my plumbing issues. I had already been quoted by another company. When amounts have commas in it I like to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. Ryan comes over I explain the situation I was having. He went through what he would look for and why he was doing it. It took him 3 seconds to find an issue with plumbing work I already had done. The brand new pipe that the other company had installed was not even attached!! He told me to call them up and I did. I was Out of my element with this request!! Well truth be told I was scared because they see people who don't know anything About plumbing a mile away!! Same way at the car dealership when you get your car worked on!! Ryan took over like we were family. He told them they had to make it right. He said you could see the pipe was not attached and you just left it. He handled them like a pro. Actually thought I was watching a superhero movie!! I was the damsel in distress and Ryan was Spider-man!!! He did not have to do that, he explained to them how to fix it the right way!!!! Then here comes Scott!! This man right here is AMAZING!! He watched them work, checked there work before they left to make sure they did it correctly. He is a wizard. He spoke to me like I did not deal with plumbing on an everyday basis . He broke it down, where I could understand what was going on!! He also made sure that I did not pay for service to be done right! He used the camera, showed me the problem!! He did not try to sell me anything. Gave me cheeper options and also said if I did not choose the company that's fine, he said that I could call him to inspect the work when it was done!! He just wanted to make sure that the problem was taken care of and I was treated like family!! I felt like they cared, I felt like they wanted to make sure the problem was fixed and I was happy weather I went with them or not!! I will tell you right now Scott should be over other worker bees. His knowledge and the way he speaks to you so that you understand exactly what's going on was amazing!! I will tell you right now if you go dollar general and buy a washcloth and it breaks down in a month or so then you have to go buy another, but if you spent a little more and bought a better washcloth and it lasts for years, you got your money's worth. I feel like every penny I spent today was worth it!!! Since they left I made sure that 15 people so far had there number. If you are thinking about this company you will not be sorry!!! I have not been so satisfied where I have given this big of a compliment in over 10 years!! Call them for your needs you will not be sorry. Also, I called the owner to tell him about the worker bees, he was so delightful. This company is amazing!! I will be telling everyone about my experience!! Also, for all you single ladies, older ladies this is the company you want. They don't lie, they are not trying to up-sale you, They definitely are trying to make sure your problem is fixed and done right!! Scott and Ryan are amazing I mean it!! When I talked to the boss, I got the same vibe!! If Scott is reading this I wish more people were like you. It was amazing how well you talked to me. How you took care of a situation and gave me all my options. I will make sure I tell everyone to use this company because of your kindness and take charge attitude. If Ryan is reading this thank you for going that extra mile. If you had not done that it would have cost me more money. I also liked how you made sure that the problem was solved and made sure your teammate knew what was going on. Which you were right he made sure I was taking care of!! There are very few people like you all anymore! For your kindness I will make sure I tell everyone about you guys, I hope you guys are overloaded with new customers!! Thanks Sara
