Some of the items are marked down 50% off and then they have additional tag sales that are 40 50 and 60% off the sticker price. One trenchcoat would normally cost $2600+ I got everything for under $1400. This place is totally legit if you can make it it's worth a trip. They have bags, accessories, men's, and women's stuff. Spacious, well lit, clean and tidy, with polite and friendly sales staff (apart from one recent addition, who really needs to learn that no thanks, I'm just looking means I've come in here to look in peace and quiet, don't keep pestering me), this is possibly one of my favourite shops in the complex. I'm a particular fan of the recent season jewel bright wool jackets (which for their quality are exceptionally good value), and the perennial Hobbs suede ballerina pumps, available in a wide range of colours. I can't help feeling that the Hobbs store would be better placed on the posh side (i.e. Jubilee Place), but their ability to stock a good capsule range of the current collection means that you might prefer to whizz out to Canary Wharf rather than into town. We should have just tried here first! Why I loved them: - We didn't have an appointment BUT the staff noticed we were choosing matching dresses so they opened up a special MASSIVE changing room just for us! It had loads of space, lots of magazines, shoes and comfy sofas for me to sink into while my friends tried on everything!! - The staff were sooo helpful! They found shoes in the right sizes for us to try with the dresses. - The dresses aren't super cheap, but they were waaay better quality (and nicer) that the formal wear we had looked at in other women's wear shops nearby. - They have so many sizes (I think they said up to size 22) This is helpful if you have friends with amazing big boobs that might not fit into the skinny sizes on the high street. - It looks like they have some pretty bridal dresses too. We found a dress, in the perfect colour that really, really looks hot on my friends in various sizes. So yay for beautiful bridesmaids! Merci Monsoon!!

Despite being a small store, they do try to offer a pretty general and typical Urban Outfitters experience with a satisfactory selection of fashion, although their novelty items and even fashion don't seem to be as good as other locations. They did also have the photo booth replaced with a machine where you can send photos from social media and print them, which of course is down to size restrictions due to it having a relatively small unit at Westfield Stratford City. I do feel the store again could have been cleaner as it did have items across the floor, but it didn't seem to be as bad as other Urban Outfitters stores, I've visited, where this again seems typical. Perhaps not the largest Urban Outfitters store, but they really are trying hard to deliver a satisfactory shopping experience. 3*
