I was told the mythical manager (Pat) would be in, and called at that time when I was lied to and told he emailed me back with a response. I still have yet to be contacted OR refunded. Poor customer service poor business practices. If you HAVE to use this business for uniforms, double check your bank statements. You're probably getting screwed too. I'll be contacting BBB as well while I'm STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE AND UNIFORMS I HAVENT RECEIVED. Find another embroidery location if you can and do not give this company your money.

I paid $30 again for another blank shirt and I I took the shirt to the store again. I wait 4 weeks and I called the store to ask my t-shirt status and the guy told me "I have another orders that is why you have to wait it more". I told him okey and I wait again. After that I sent an e-mail which says "I kindly ask you finish my tshirt immediately because I need it. Also I will leave 5 star reviews for your store and bring another shirts." and same guy replied me: "your t-shirt is ready but dont bring another shirts I dont want a customer like you." I am shocked because he was so rude! In summary; I spent 75 bucks and wait 2 months just for 1 t-shirt. They dont care customer satisfaction. It was a big disappointment. Tried to reason with a manager who confirmed that they had Photoshop and could open the file via Photoshop but did not want to, they wanted to open it in Illustrator. Keep in mind these are high res, 500dpi print-ready files that simply needed to be OPENED in Photoshop at the correct size to print. Absolute insanity to speak to a print shop manager who is telling me they have Photoshop but don't want to use it to open my files. Avoid these guys, they are not straight shooters!
