They looked at me as I walked in and continued on as if I never entered. And the place is small so it wasn't like they weren't 5 feet from me. However when a man walked in a couple minutes after me. They greeted him, handed him his order all while I stood there completely dumbfounded. After the guy left, he spoke as I came in the day before and he remembered my request. I felt the same uneasiness yesterday when I came in too. Now I need a sign for an event next week, but after sitting down starting to create a design I just wasn't feeling it. I want to do business with people that are happy to do business with me. I've already made a call to another business who was more pleasant, and at a better price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY MISSPELL WHAT YOU SEND IN AND I DO QUESTION HOW LEGITIMATE THEIR…read moreREVIEWS ACTUALLY ARE. Interestingly, my one star google review isnt showing up so to make sure I can leave one, Im coming here to do it. Here is a copy and paste from google. Oct 4th, 2026: They, apparently, re-typed my proof which I didn't know they'd done because that's the ONLY way two typos could have gotten on my signs. I checked my own proofs and even powerpoint where I designed it, and there are no errors there. Additionally, they omitted other words like "cell" and "email" as well as blue lines around the small print. I initially chose them due to their great reviews but seeing as how they totally botched this, it really has me questioning how "real" all these 5/5 reviews are. I have attached a picture of the signs as well as the proof I sent in. It doesnt matter that they "sent me back a proof" before printing - I shouldnt have to babysit this nor did I think they even changed anything. If I HAD known they had to re-type it all, then I most certainly would have looked more carefully. This is just inexcusable and unforgivable. DO NOT USE. Update 1: Just got off the phone with them and they said "well....... that's the proof that you approved....." so in other words, they will misspell words on your signs and accept no responsibility or admit to any wrongdoing. if they had made it right I might not post it here but since they want to make excuses, I have no other choice.
