I attended the Grand Opening and they had their bountiful charcuterie trays on display to enjoy. This also included samples of their sandwich offerings and bowls of their tasty hummus. They served classic, red pepper and beet hummus flavors that complement the crackers and small bread slices. The shop is located in the Lee Vista Promenade and the closest cross street is Lee Vista Blvd and Semoran (436) Blvd. The building also includes a First Watch and Meson Sandwiches. The cute shop has a register in the lobby as you walk in. The owner and his wife are friendly and proud of their new store. After spending time at the deli counter last week trying to pick cold cuts and cheese in small quantities, I could really appreciate the curated selections on the trays. I piled my plate with fruit, veggies, cheese, meats and bread and the convenience was not lost on me. This location is the 100th store in the chain and I think they are popular because they have a wide range of sizes available. From cups, to trays for two and large charcuterie boards you can find a size to fit your appetite. I bought a gift card for myself but I am sure this will be a popular experience for holiday gatherings or to gift a friend.

My car was not molested. They charge for self-parking 1. We did not take Home 2's bus to the parks as the schedule was poor. We took cabs. 2. The rooms are good. We had 2Q & a sofa bed too. 3. Bathroom was fine. Plenty of hot water. Good towels. WiFi was good. 4. The breakfast was fine. I just wish they served it for more hours, 5. If you're flying into MCO & no car, I'll suggest taking the Mears Shuttle to Coronado Springs & then Taxi to Home 2. 6. The pool area is good. On Thurs.they have Disney movies under the stars. They also have BBQ grills and there's a Target next door where you can purchase food. 7. The parking situation can be improved. Parking close to the hotel is limited. They have a parking garage 5-min walk away. What I did not like was there were cars, consuming limited prime parking spots without the mandatory parking pass.

Home 2 at Flamingo Crossing is a regular stop for our family when visiting the parks. The service…read moreis superb, the rooms fit our needs and the pool is relaxing. This is our 5th stay and I'm confident we will be back again. What sets this location apart is its proximity to Disney World, nearby amenities like Target, Dunkin and other restaurants and shops (including UPS to send all your souvenirs home)! We also love the pool vibes with a great onsite bar that serves what the kids like, chicken tenders and pizza! The slide is a hit and there are several umbrella tables and chairs to layout. This particular visit we had great service from Mae, Alex, Santi, and Lisbeth who all contributed to making this stay memorable. Pro tips: 1- this property is adjacent to other properties and gets busy. Parking gets full so you might need to park in the 5 level parking structure but it's an easy walk to the hotel. 2- breakfast is slammed so don't wait till the last minute to get food especially during peak season. Sometimes there is someone who makes the waffles (this is awesome because it speeds up the line) sometimes it's self serving which is slower.

The staff was very helpful and assisted me with keeping the girls in order. There are 9 stations to out do any ordinary birthday party. There was manicure, makeup, hair, arts and crafts, a photo booth, dress up, two gaming stations and keoroke. All 15 girls found something to entertain them and where thrilled with the bus. The best part was there was no clean up for me, they left the bus and the mess left with them. I wasn't running around chasing girls or watching them either which was another major perk. In the words of my niece her birthday party was "lit" and the best birthday party ever! Seeing her excitement meant the world to me. I recommend this service for any future birthday parties, and would use them again!

Being acknowledged for my elite status and given water and snacks was a great touch. The lobby and restaurant areas were clean and beautifully laid out. I ordered fries and a glass of wine that night, and the food was packaged well with everything I needed. I was even impressed to see the manager helping out in the restaurant area. Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience on Saturday morning. I asked the front desk person if the shuttle could take me to the botanical garden just 5 to 8 minutes away and they seemed annoyed, unhelpful, and disinterested. How do you work at a hotel and not know that? Their body language left a bad taste in my mouth. If they had been the one to check me in, I probably would have left. They definitely need an attitude adjustment. Thankfully, the rest of the stay was wonderful! Food: Breakfast and coffee that morning were delicious and truly restaurant-quality. It's some of the best food I've had at a Courtyard. Room: Spacious, clean, and comfortable with a fridge, coffee station, TV, desk, and sofa (just missing a microwave). The bed was heavenly and gave me the best sleep I've had in a long time. Amenities: The grounds were well-kept, including a nice gym and pool area. The front desk agent at checkout on Sunday at 3pm was also very pleasant. Despite that one bad interaction, the majority of my experience was positive. This is honestly one of the best Courtyards I've stayed at in the country, and I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area!
