The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.

On May 20th, 2024, we attended a "Celebration of Life" for my sister-in-law who sadly passed away…read moreon April 30th, 2024. The deceased has four daughters who were left behind during this difficult time. They took the time to book a celebration for their mom's passing called "Yvette's Celebration of Life". The four girls did a venue at the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda located at 7065 Westpointe Blvd #140, Orlando, Fl 32835. It was a private party where certain family members got the invitation. Once we arrived the building was a site to see. There was plenty of parking alongside the business. The entrance was breathtaking with beautiful chandeliers hanging above a high cathedral ceiling. The tables were white linen tables covered in the center with beautiful all color roses. We had a different type of celebration which was a party of life after death. Those were my sister-in-law wishes. She wanted us to remember her parting and laughing and spending time with the family. And so, we did. The food was excellent, her daughters catered food and the room was awakened with a DJ, and a violinist, this was something they pulled together with some friends that were very talented and wanted to pay their tribute to my sister-in-Law. The daughters, all 3 of them had something beautiful to say regarding their mom. The ballroom was very spacious and beautiful. Lots of space to get up and mingle, walk around, and dance on the floor. They also had an open bar for a few hours. Plenty of room to decorate as you wish. plenty of tables and seating. My sister-in-law would have approved if she was alive. At 6:30pm (2 hours after the start time) we were told the tables were "almost there" ... So we made due without the rentals and decided to work on a refund on Monday morning. The number we were given for the driver who got into the accident was contacted on Monday and he told us his day off was on Sunday and he was never delivering tables. We then spoke to the company (which at this point we don't know who even works for who) and they don't feel any sort of remorse and said they are in no place to issue a refund they must wait for the manager to contact us. We were then told the refund of our initial deposit would take 7-10 days. Long story short this company is by far the most unprofessional and irritating company I've ever hired. The food was exceptional. there was a buffet where the food was very good and for my vegetarian husband and me, two vegetarian dishes were served by a wait person at our table and it was absolutely delicious. It had to be special ordered in advance but there was no extra charge. The chef they have must be amazing to have served such a creative dish. We weren't told what it was so I can't say, but I'll post a photo of it. It was cooked perfectly. Parking was plentiful. the venue is on the second floor. There were two staircases plus an elevator that is located next to the rear of Foxtail coffee.
