I took it to Axxis, and Aaron was an excellent resource. He checked out my car to determine that in fact, there was a factory installed subwoofer in place. However, there was not an amplifier or a chip - I can't remember. In any case, Aaron searched for and found the component needed and the system sounds incredibly better. My thanks to Aaron as he was very knowledgeable, dogged in finding the part that would be compatible, and knew even how to change some code that would have the system accept the now working components. I trusted Axxis, and Aaron to do this more than I would have the dealer. I had asked the dealer twice about this and they looked at me as if I was crazy. "There's nothing wrong with your audio system" I was told. Anyway, for a reasonable cost, I have factory working components! And I have some bass which is excellent!!! I now love my car!

A professional job and they showed us how everything worked - in terms we could understand. Very patient. A year later I evidentially pushed the wrong button on the remote and we suddenly had no video. Sound on the TV but no video. I thought the amp was a problem. Took it in and they immediately saw that I had pushed the button that changed the video feed - go figure. No charge.
