I even stopped by the downtown location twice to find no one there. Our Skywalker project manager, Luby, was fantastic. He was responsive to questions, kept us updated on progress by email and with photos, kept us within budget, and on schedule. The quality of the work was top notch. In addition, the documentation provided with invoices was complete and accurate. Their system for managing projects is very professional and the best I have ever seen for a residential job. They put other contractors I have used to shame. (This is a true story.) I have and will recommend Skywalker to anyone needing to remodel a property or for new construction. His crew used my expensive copper pots to feed their dogs who they let run around my house when I was out of town. They literally trashed my house when I wasn't home. Will was very apologetic but never showed back up multiple times to help fix the huge mess his company created. I had to get another contractor to come in and reinstall everything but not before Will had collected 75% of his pay for useless work. He did however show back up for all his tools after a few weeks with no apology in sight for never coming back. Not kidding here.

They arrived on time, took care to keep the area clean, covered the entire parking lot completely, striped the asphalt with very straight and evenly spaced lines and stayed within the price he bid for the job. The work was completed in a timely manner and caused no disruption to our tenants. I would highly recommend Ron Anderson Asphalt Repair & Excavation. Mountain Sun was also voted the Best Apartment Complex in Durango for 2018 and having a freshly sealed and striped parking lot certainly adds to our curb appeal.

Ron Anderson made lots of promises when he did the estimate to fill cracks and seal our driveway…read more The contract stated that the company would pressure wash the driveway and treat all cracks to kill grass and weeds. He did not do any prep and the sealer started flaking off within 30 days. Any area where there was dirt left on the driveway has no sealer left. We have contacted him several times and he has not returned our calls. This was a total waste of our money.
