We now live in our home in Durango and our furnace went out on Sunday morning. I waited until Monday to call Jeff as it wasn't too cold out and we could use our gas fireplace. Even though Jeff had a full day planned he was able to work us in. He sent Jeremy, one of his service techs, out to diagnose the problem. Jeremy was extremely efficient, pleasant and professional and he quickly diagnosed a cracked igniter. It was Jeremy's day off but he got a new part and then delivered it to Jeff who came by at the end of the day to install it. Jeremy made sure there were no other issues before he left to get the part and Jeff made sure everything was in order before he left. Service Pro's charges were reasonable (as they always have been) and their service was very efficient. This just confirms the wok Jeff did for us when we were renting our house out. Everytime IO called him he was quick to provide service at a reasonable rate. My tenants said that he was always pleasant and professional and quickly made the required repairs to both the furnace and the water heater. After completion, he informed me his flat rate was $250 an hour but would reduce it to $125, which comes out to $25/minute. Gold Water now does not only plumbing, but heating and electrical. My advice is to do business with a person who only does work specific to your needs. Those that expand their business to include many other aspects charge more.
