He had great recommendations and quoted a price that was slightly below my budget for this project. His electricians came when they said they would, installed everything perfectly, and cleaned up and hauled the old light fixtures away (an added bonus as I wasn't expecting them to do this). Also, bonus points for him accepting Visa (via Square). Adam conveys a sense of fairness and confidence in his craft and I would definitely call him again for future electrical projects.

We were anticipating a very big job replacing some old PVC pipes, which another company had quoted $6000 to do. Dean said most of the pipes are fine and that only certain sections needed replacing. He spent about 7-1/2 hours and the job was done for a little over $1000. It's not always easy finding good home service people to come to our house in the mountains. Recently we called Devin Gomez there to ask about adding a whole home humidifier to our HVAC system. He was very helpful, informative, and the estimate reasonable so we scheduled the install. It took several visits and some research to connect their humidifier to our funky HVAC system with proprietary lockdowns. But Devin communicated perfectly the entire time to explain at each step and to keep us in the loop. Toby, the installation technician, was incredible. Understand he is a new hire to Solid... what a GREAT hire THAT was. He is kind, efficient, patient, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question we had and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the humidifier. We were comfortable and confident in the entire process.

Note: Folks, please note that there are two more reviews in addition to mine and Jeff M's at the bottom of the page. It's just that they didn't assign any stars to their reviews (by mistake I am sure) so those reviews are listed under "2 other reviews that are not currently recommended" which really shouldn't be listed as such as they are positive reviews... Kind of a "Yelp glitch", I'd say...
