WARNING: DO NOT USE! VERY disappointed with our experience with Narrow Gauge Paint & Coating, LLC…read more (Joe Golden & Erin Bledsoe) What should have been a straightforward painting project (estimated to take 2 weeks) turned into a very frustrating experience. The job dragged on for approximately two months, with repeated delays and promises that were not kept. After 2 months of excuses to postpone (not just weather) (Joe) the painter was supposed to complete the work but ultimately stopped communicating with us and left the job unfinished. We had already paid approximately two-thirds of the contract price, despite our agreement/contract stating that the remaining balance was due upon completion. After we attempted to communicate with him and provided a list of outstanding items that still needed to be completed, he failed to return and finish the job. Instead, he threatened to put a lien on our home. When it came time to retrieve his equipment, he did not even come himself, but sent his girlfriend instead (Erin Bledsoe). This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. We believe other homeowners should BE AWARE of our experience and encourage anyone considering hiring this company to proceed very cautiously, get everything in writing, and document all payments and communications.
