To begin with, 'prompt, 'friendly' and 'reasonable' come to mind,. These guys are the consummate professionals! Not only did they do a stellar job cleaning my windows, but they throughly scrubbed and washed all the screens, vacuumed and cleaned the sills. . . and Casey was even kind enough to repair a damaged screen for me.
