She reminded us we were trying to capture our daughter as she was and where she was "today" and those specific memories and gave us her thoughts as both a photographer and a mom. From the initial contact to the very end, Belle was amazing! She was extremely quick to respond, very thoughtful, answered every question we had, and was very detailed. Throughout all the email communication, she was very professional yet laidback! She has a great personality and it really shows through her responses. The site she uses for her services is very straightforward and simple. The entire process was super smooth. All email messages are saved on one page for easy access. Any photos are also saved. Contracts and payments was super easy. Belle provides lots of details which helps answers so many questions quickly. She provided us a welcome guide that gave tips on how to prepare and what to expect, which was very helpful. During the actual shoot, Belle came to our house and of course had safe Covid practices. She would ask us to adjust our baby as needed and she was very sweet and patient. She took tons of pictures and let our daughter do her own thing without forcing poses and made it all natural. She would sing to get her attention and made everyone feel comfortable. Whenever our daughter started fussing, Belle would tell us to take a break and let the baby calm down and even waited for her to be fed. She went an extra mile and took pictures of the nursery for us as well since we never got professional newborn pics done. And of course, the pictures came out super cute and beautiful! She gave us estimated timelines for first set of preview photos and then the full set. She delivered way earlier than expected on both! And we were getting the shoot done for our daughter's half birthday and Belle made sure to provide a few photos by the birthday date which was only a few days after the shoot. Everything was great, Belle is super great to work with and we highly recommend.

Without a doubt Belle was committed to providing a smooth and easy experience for me. For someone who's personal schedule can get a little chaotic, she made the process easy by being so hands on and helpful. She goes the extra mile in every area! Her turn-around time in getting my pictures back to me edited was super speedy! For someone who really values customer service, you will not be disappointed working with Belle. Thanks so much for everything Belle!

My wife has talked to me about wanting to get wedding like photos or photos of us in general.   Both of us were not happy with our wedding photos back in 2014.  The service was bad. Nevertheless, I came across Lina's business and wanted to see what they have to offer. I found out there are two types of photography that can be done here.   The first styles of photography are Babies, Family, Pregnancy Special Events and Couples. These are Lina style of photos. If you want to get down with your bad self, Lina's partners make is Diana. Diana specializes in Bouoir Photos. What is that?  "Boudoir photography is a photographic style featuring intimate, sensual, romantic, and sometimes erotic images of its subjects in a photographic studio, bedroom or private dressing room environment, primarily intended for the private enjoyment of the subjects and their romantic partners." Now, whether or not Diana will take sexy photos of guys for their girlfriend(s) or Wife(Wives), I can say, but it never hurts to call her and ask. I know my wife and I might find it fun to do both styles of photography. A little naughty meets nice.  Lina showed me around her business and i appreciate this very much.  I think i caught her husband and wife on their way out.   I think there is an extra bonus in this because all associates there speak English and Spanish.  My wife will appreciate this too.   If you are interested in getting intouch with Diana or Lina, I will leave the phone numbers down below. We ended up having a lot of children (approx 30) ages 3 to 7 and when I suggested that we needed 3 people to lead the kids, he was kind enough to oblige. On the day of the party, Nick, Jeff and Anna were our instructors and from the get-go they were polite, professional and patient. I was so busy during the party --but didn't have to worry for a second about the kids participating in the lego activity. It was a sight to see -- all these 4 - 7 year olds quietly and attentively working with computers and legos! Nick, Jeff and Anna cleaned up everything and were just such a pleasure to work with. Will (the founder) was extremely clear in his emails and promptly addressed my questions. He suggested tailoring the theme of the party to better meet my son's wishes and age (without me asking for it) even though it would mean more work for them. Will also emailed me two days before the party to confirm that they are coming which I appreciated. 2. On the day of the event, Will and Lucy arrived on time and were very personable and engaging. They made sure the birthday boy felt special and happy. And he did:) along with the guests who clearly enjoyed the program Roman's Robots have put together. 3. Will and Lucy gave my son a very cool and thoughtful gift (I won't spoil) which was very sweet of them and he loved the toy. 4. Finally, I appreciated that the payment procedures were straightforward: no hidden charges, no complicated rules, multiple ways to pay. Very convenient. I highly recommend Roman's Robots!
