Extremely good, like a moscato. The food: The burger 15/10 The crab dip 9/10 Grilled Cheese 8/10 Dessert: Wine cakes 50/10 SOOO WORTH IT! I believe the tent comes with one of the charcuterie boards - Le Grand Cru Platter. I honestly thought it was alright, not the best sprays I've had and the bread was hard. I'd give it a 7/10. The winery cakes were PHENOMENAL!!!!!! I was IN LOVE. They apparently soak it for many hours in their wine. I highly recommend it! Both the strawberry and vanilla one was great, but I really enjoyed the strawberry cake. Apparently you have to order 3 days in advance. The tent was actually pretty warm if you kept it zipped up. There were two heaters in the tent. I think we got the tent for 12 people, but it comfortably fit 10 people. Overall I highly recommend this winery, I would TOTALLY come back !

We tasted everything, apps, salad, sides, main course. Tracy walked through everything, table settings, colors, buffet or plated or family style. We went with family style. Tracy spoke with the bride and groom about a week before the event, and walked them through the timeline and asked all the questions and truly made everything personal to them. Taste of Elegance- on the day arrived, set up, did all the things that a Mother of the bride worries about. Food was the best I have ever had at a wedding. The wait staff were spot on, they were everywhere and invisible :) I can't say enough about our bartender, she ensured everyone had a perfect drink, Old Fashions was the couples' drink. She had my glass of wine ( with ice cubes the way I like) for me as soon as I walked to the bar. I had only told her the first time I ordered :). At the end of the evening they gathered, cleaned and packed up. With grace - professionalism they said their goodbyes and ensured if we needed nothing else from them!!! The next morning my daughter called from the airport, " when ate our to go meals as soon as we got to the hotel, Mom I'm so thankful -- Taste of Elegance remembered everything) Please if you are looking for a cater --- you need not look any longer!!! I went on Mother's Day to see the Chris Ryan band, and it was a lovely day…read more There is a stage for the band, there is a playground for kids, there are animals that are very friendly, including a very noisy peacock and a peahen. One side of the main building is the winery area, and the other side is the brewery area, the signage is a little hard to decipher, but it's pretty easy to figure out by asking. The wines were delicious, I tried a white and a red, and Anna, who served me, was very patient with my questions, even though the line was long. I appreciated that and I didn't feel rushed. The other young lady also helped me, and the staff was incredibly nice, even though the line was very long. There are multiple picnic tables out in the open area in front of the stage, and there's a lovely seating area right in front of the winery and around the side, and there's even a little hidden grotto that's very pretty. They have lights outside, so it probably looked very pretty after dark too. If you want to sit at the picnic tables, pick one under a tree, because the sun does get pretty brutal. I also recommend possibly bringing something to sit on, or you can bring a blanket and sit in the grass. I brought a large cooler with a picnic,, and they did come and inspect it, but it was fairly perfunctory. I brought my own nonalcoholic things to drink, in glass bottles, and I had my own glass, and there was not an issue with that. I would advise bringing some food, as at this gathering I think the only food truck was a pizza truck. When I had gone before, they gave the option of a fruit and cheese platter, but I didn't see any this time. I think the food trucks rotate, but you could probably call and ask. It's a lovely place, but if you don't know where you're going, you might miss it, so look for the sign in and a white truck with black lettering with the name of the brewery and the Vineyard on it. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this for an afternoon, and they have rotating bands that play, and it makes for a lovely day out.

So we got two flights and sampled the wines they did have in stock. All of them were quite sweet. The one we enjoyed was the sangria, and we pictured warming it up for the winter since it has cinnamon notes. So we went to close out the tab and purchase three bottles - and we were told they literally had two left. So we bought them, which resulted in zero wines left with chambourcin. How weird.
