I was so relieved! Amber arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful. She is dynamic, talented, and has such a warm demeanor. In order to keep them both happy, we knew that we had to hire not just a princess, but her friendly side kick Olaf. I was thrilled to find this company, which offered a wide range of princesses, including Elsa, along with the snowman. I had no idea Olaf would be so tall! He took it all in stride and Elsa helped him get into my house for my kids' large birthday party. Admittedly, I had low expectations for the performance. But I have to say, Elsa was on point. Not only was she able to manage the many kids, but she kept the show going with interactive games and she had an incredible voice. Olaf was also really good with rolling with the punches. The kids were so excited to see him and he continued to stay in character even if the 5-year-olds were pushing to see him. I had several parents ask for a referral. It was a wonderful addition to our party theme and our kids are still talking about it. I was somewhat reluctant to have a character appearance, but I'm so happy that I did. I could tell our kids felt special in that moment and seeing them smile and jump in delight when they arrived was well worth the money spent.

I texted my e-mail address to May. Dan, her husband, sent over a contract requiring half deposit. I completed the contract and requested their Venmo info. They texted that and I paid my deposit- half the cost. In the end there were 6 faces painted and it took 3 hours. I paid the balance via Venmo when the faces were done. Everyone was thrilled with the results. I highly recommend May!!!!
