He raised his voice and made remarks such as, "Do you know who I am?" and referenced having a large social media following. He also made statements suggesting that the superintendent did not know who he was dealing with and that he could damage the superintendent's career. Regardless of any disagreement that may have occurred, this type of threatening and intimidating behavior was inappropriate and unnecessary. A professional home inspector should communicate concerns calmly, respectfully, and objectively. Based on what I witnessed, I would not feel comfortable recommending him.

He also never took any measurements he didn't have a notepad to write down any of the projects that I wanted completed. Maybe he's great at doing small projects that don't require much. So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!
