The guys from Next Gen Home and Land Service are really stand up. By that, I mean they do what they say they will do and more. They came by to pick up some junk that other companies quoted at twice the amount they did. Last time I used the 1-800 place that shall remain nameless and it was nothing but a bait n' switch wanting twice the amount they estimated! Next Gen was a breath of fresh air. They were pleasant, courteous and asked if there was more they could take because they had the room in their truck. They were going to take more without asking for more money! Who does that anymore? Service requested: We had 4 15-20 ft tall cedars in our side yard that were blown to tilted position during Helene, but they were not uprooted. We needed advice and intervention. They quoted a price for pulling trees upright and staking them, as they thought the trees could be saved. But offered to pull and cart away if the root systems were broken. They quoted a very fair price, and performed the service within 2 days. They will return in six months to remove the stakes and check on the trees.
