The service man that came was very nice and removed his shoes while in my house. He opened up the fireplace and gave me a rough estimate on a fix and that it was not necessary if I just light it manually as the spark ignition is not working properly. The fireplace was in great shape other than that minor issue. He added tape to holes in the panel under the fireplace to help keep cold air from coming in as the fireplace did not have insulation behind it. Overall the experience was really nice, but not sure how the price was for what was done until I understand what other places charge and perform service. 3.5 stars is what I would give this place for now.
