My one piece of advice would be, if you see a bargin, grab it while you can as it may not be there next time you go. The staff are friendly and helpful but don't know themselves what is going to be on the next delivery. There is a small car park attached to store but this is often full, there is a council pay and display carpark just across the road. A shop well worth popping into regularly to spot a bargin or two.

The sticker on the items said that they're cheaper in the airport than outside of the airport, but I cannot confirm the validity of this claim. I bought a set of earrings and after leaving the store, noticed one was chipped. The exchange process was easy and quick. Unlike all the other shops in the airport, I was not asked to hand over my boarding pass to be able to purchase anything.

My beach coverup is so pretty and not cheap, but…read morenow I find that the machine stitching is faulty, no thread in the bobbin on many of the design/trim stitches. Also at least 2 holes in the fabric. Perhaps they think no one will have the time to check their purchase in the airport shop, which in my case was obviously true. Customer service told me that I can take it into a shop to have the staff check it over, but I don't live in the UK, and we have no store here.

Visited this Primark to return a few items and pick up a few more items. Compared to other…read morelocations this one is ok. You can find a few things here and there to complete your closet or pick up your regular items you've run out of like their double pack face wipes for a pound (my one most favourite item). The location itself is not very big and I find then men's section quite small here. The women's floor has a pretty good variety. I always love the makeup section but it is a bit small here too. The queues to pay are never too busy. I find they move quite fast. I also like looking in around the register area for last minute cheap items. If I were to return to Crawley I would be back to Primark to poke around and see what I can find. On this trip I did end up finding a few good items to bring home. Be prepared to pick up items you didn't even intend to buy. Like the 4 tubes of lipstick I picked up!!

I had been browsing before our departure and saw lots of lovely things, in particular a black leather shearling jacket. A member of staff went to the store room and I tried the size one on. It was a little big which I commented on to one of the female sales staff, also mentioning that it wasn't as soft as the one on display, asking the question ' has it been tried on a lot'. Straight away she offered to go and see if there was an alternative size. On her return We both noticed that the leather was softer and when I tried the zero size it was perfect. My husband who has always been anti black leather jackets was full of praise for the fit and quality, and told me to purchase it straight away. I obviously did not need much persuading! We had to rush as our plane was ready for boarding. The staff were at all times attentive, helpful and extremely pleasant. My jacket has been worn a lot whilst we were in Switzerland and received many compliments. I only wish that Ted Baker, Gatwick Airport was on our doorstep here in Cardiff, South Wales.
