The staff are always friendly and helpful, and while it is not the cheapest place to pick up a card from, I do not think it is overpriced. I wouldn't want to have to actually try on clothes or find a new outfit - it's the place to buy stuff without having to queue for 30 minutes like at other shops. The clothes are well organised, sizes are in order, most of the range is available and despite it being uber-small it is also super convenient.

If there are a few customers in the shop it can be hard to get to where you want, as the rails are quite close together. It's so much better shopping here than your average high street Mothercare as this place pretty much stocks everything - it's like a Mothercare department store! The toy section is now massive and well laid out so that children can play. The range of highchairs, pushchairs, car seats, bedding and nursery products on display is vast. Camp Hopson's…read morereturns policy comes from the position that the customer must always be at fault.i.e They must have washed the garment at too high a temperature or at the wrong cycle. I find treating the customer this way is contemptuous Today I returned a Masai cotton top which I bought a year ago, yes I know you are thinking well you have had it a year, yes and I would say the same if I had worn it every week and got my wear out of it, when in fact I had worn it only 5 times. I pointed this out to the store supervisor but she wasn't interested in that. She just kept saying well you have had it a year. Needless to say I did not get a refund but then knowing how they deal with returns I was not expecting one. Whilst I am on the subject I find the staff on the concession counters abysmal, they might a well have a do not disturb sign around their neck.

Prices are very reasonable, although the quality of the clothes often reflects this with black items fadding after a couple of washes and buttons becoming loose rather promptlyhowever if your into fashion and change your outfit as often as you have hot showers then this is ideal - why spend a fortune when you can entertain all the fashion ideals for a fraction of the price. Stock ranges are wide and varied, although the shoe section is often difficult to ascertain due to it's constant disarray of design, but thankfully the majority of the store doesn't follow this routine!
