Commonwealth Ave also has excellent bus service. The shopping center is anchored by a large format Star Market but also has one full bank branch, one smaller ATM-only bank branch, a bagel shop, a cleaner and a hair salon. There's plenty of parking. When I was here, the lot was well maintained with no litter visible. There is one entrance and one exit for Commonwealth Ave. It does not have a turn lane for those crossing traffic.

I will say though this is no Chestnut Hill Mall or it is not like The Street. The lower level consists of Wegmans and lots of parking. The street level consists of many shops and restaurants such as Athleta and Anthropologie. The top levels are medical offices and Equinox. Would recommend but I would just go to The Shops at Chestnut Hill instead.

It can be a bit of a mess in the hallways but I guess that's the allure of antiques. The sellers are all rather friendly and will talk about anything antiques, even if you're just browsing (though I ended up with a vintage cookbook). It's a more chill environment, as the sellers all socialize with each other. There's one seller that specializes in paintings as well as Asian art. Some sellers will negotiate, as they go through a lot of goods. Nice spot to go for a browse if you're in the area. The operating hours outside of Saturdays can be spotty.

For shoes, today I saw they had some VEJAS, Golden Goose, and UGGS. This location has my heart because you can find some really cool stuff here that you normally wouldn't find at other locations. The shops and restaurants here are really curated in a way that it draws you in, as most of these places are one of a kind in this neighborhood...its really cool! Lots of new places since my last review...especially for all you foodies out there (& myself). Some of my favorite additions are Chip City and Blackbird Doughnuts. More on the way too, Jersey Mikes is coming as well as a new restaurant called ButterBird. The clothing store J Crew is opening soon as well. There's also a lot of fitness places I want to try, esp Rumble Boxing. Also the James Joseph Salon and the Skin Laundry place look cool. There's really something here for everyone, both of which are useful for everyday living, or just for a fun night out of new places to explore.
