It's my first time visiting this TJ max at Dedham mall, I was waiting for my wife shopping at the…read moremall and I decided going in this place TJMax, I want to try out couple running pants waiting at outsiders the fitting room over good 15 mins and I started to turning around trying to found some help here, I don't see any employee around in this good 15 minutes, so I said to my self maybe fitting room staff not no duty and I saw couple lady as same like me been waiting both had come after me and both already walked in fitting room with out the staff here, so I walk in men side to try this 2 pants, anyway while I'm trying on some lady out there yelling I can't not try and has to going out and wait for her, and I try to explain to her I was waiting and she wasn't here, next things I hear She said I might stealing, stealing I said I never steal in my total lifetime, I'm 60s years old, I own my business I got my moneys I don't needs to steal, manager rushed over and said I talk too loud and I tried to explain to the manager why I'm talking so loud because your staff not doing her jobs I been waiting for her, then she show up and accusing me stealing, that's why I got upset, to me first I think being a manager should try to found out what's going on first starting telling your customers talk too loud. I did offer them to call a police and search me. They don't want to do that just order me to go. I was so upset being treated like that, that's why I had to writing these out, if I could I will not give any star. I hope they seeing this, this is not acceptable at all. they really own me a apology.

The Dedham Mall is sad and gross and to be honest it's not even a mall at all! Just go to Legacy Place many more options there that you might not be able to find close to you. Would not recommend honestly.

I used to adore this place. But now it's just as depressing as the other gentrified, dull, and copy…read moreand paste store fronts at other malls. Newer isn't better. The whole atmosphere is cold, not inviting and boring. No distinction, character or charm. Before there used to be. Under better prior management I presume. Removing the iconic waterfall? Big mistake. It was elegantly paved with small penny fountains. It was timeless. This urge to just nuke what was beloved to make everything look like a clinical and soulless hallway. All employees at almost every store are glued to their phone and not present at all to customers. You don't make money that way. Even the joke of security guards are glued to their phones outside Gucci. What a joke. In unpredictable and trying times like these, inflation isn't going anywhere and high end stores need to actually try. It was never this catered to the 1%. You could actually go to a restaurant or store and not feel like you've been robbed and facing a debt to pay off for a year. Management can waste their breath saying that Copley was simply updated to keep up with trends. Well, you failed. There's no heart, hardly any selection, all classic architectural which features attracted people from all over the world - destroyed where you do not know where you are. What once was a place of wonderment, excitement and to spark your Christmas Spirit, is now simply a drain of disappointment as you go home with a sigh. Management - you don't have to bother responding. You obviously made decisions to destroy the good made by top notch engineers. It's too late. Sad.
