When she was done she stood there leaning on the counter with those same gloves on and asked me what she could get me? I said "you're going to change those gloves right?" She said "oh sure" and preceded to change the gloves. She started to forget the onions but after I reminded her she put them on. The lady bagging the subs and other items seemed more preoccupied with everything else going on than trying to bag my stuff properly. This place has gone down hill for sure.

See photo of a customer with his mask below his chin (zero face coverage) chit-chatting at close range over a food counter with a worker who has her mask on below her nose. This is very upsetting as I see that someone else posted a similar complaint a while back and a district manager claimed they would look into the issue of people not wearing masks. PLEASE ENFORCE THIS; some of us have high-risk family members whose lives depend on our ability to stay safe from the virus. It is the law!

He then checked the oil; he showed us the dip stick, said it was at a safe level (didn't try and sell us an un-needed quart of oil that would over fill crank case causing more problems) and said the oil looked clean. I knew he was truthful because I had just had the oil changed about 2 weeks ago before we began our journey from Ohio to St. John, NB, Canada. This service station is easy to drive to with easy on and off of the New York Through Way at the Utica North/Downtown exit.
