so I will make this short as possible to warn people of getting a second and third opinion. I went…read morein to see a new doctor and had a big about reoccurring UTIs that I've been dealing with for many years. I was dismissed by her with out a care. didn't want to order a urine test to check because she said everyone would flag for one. She guessed what was going on and told me to do nothing. I went with my gut feeling I got that second opinion immediately the provider was very me sent me to a just to make sure everything was going me the correct blood test for each concern that I had and he was very concerned that she did not order these things as well. so fast forward I have a huge kidney stone and multiple kidney stones and also my kidney is very swollen and also has a spot on it that they are making sure that it's not cancerous. This was not an easy pill to swallow and I'm very upset Dr. Greenly didn't take these steps in the first place. your health should be in the care of your providers not a guessing game of what they think it is. order the test for your patients.

However, upon arrival I was informed that there was no such appointment and that the doctor wasn't even in. That nothing was sent to me about a cancellation was bad enough, but what truly made my blood boil was the offer to reschedule my appointment . . . FOUR MONTHS later! I declined. (What should have transpired: Offer an appointment within the next week, even if it meant staying open a bit later.) Fearing I had made a mistake with the date, when I got home I checked the report from my primary care physician (also with PMC, at the Lynnwood location), which listed future appointments. Sure enough, I had the correct date and time, and PMC had it down in its records. Browsing through the previous reviews here, I am apparently far from the only one who has experienced this sort of contempt for the client. My advice to anyone reading this: Look somewhere else for your health care.

Dr. Carkin has been my rheumatologist since her time at Minor & James (so many years) and changed my life. I shudder to think how I would manage my autoimmune disease without her. She truly deserves her Best in Seattle awards. Standing with her are all the staff and medical assistants who make my care there seamless. They called me once because I needed to reschedule a visit. I remembered to call back right after they closed. A day later, they called me again, just like that, saving me from my forgetfulness. The infusion center is also amazing and does some high level magic to get everyone scheduled, then moved around when things change. Everyone is nice, courteous and understanding of the issues that bring us to the clinic, so you don't have to explain, ask people to wear masks or anything else. In a world where chronic illness makes you feel abnormal, I feel normal and welcome at TSAC. I've seen several practitioners there and they are all equally good. Yes, you absolutely need another physician's referral to be seen there. TSAC has a great reputation and their services are in very high demand. I'm very grateful.

Excellent care. Nice staff. Very knowledgeable and skilled to handle sensitive medical procedures…read more I highly recommend Dr. Ren for pain mgmt.

I should have listened to the Yelp reviews…read more I've always believed that you can learn a lot about a doctor by observing their staff. That should have have been my first red flag with Dr. Ren. Her staff were curt and disgruntled from the get-go. On the day of my consult, Dr. Ren was an hour late. I understand that things can run behind, but this was a morning appointment. Furthermore, none of her staff bothered to let me know she was running so far behind. She didn't even apologize or thank me for waiting when I finally saw her. Later on I would learn that she billed my insurance for an hour of face to face time, when in reality I only spent a total of 20-25 min with her and her nurse. The consult itself was pretty good - Dr. Ren explained everything pretty thoroughly. The injection procedure a few weeks later also went well. However, when the injection failed to provide relief, I reached out to Dr. Ren twice for her advice but failed to receive a response. On the third attempt, her cranky staff told me I would not be able to discuss next steps with Dr. Ren until my three month follow up. Say what?? Thinking that was a misunderstanding, I reached out to Dr. Ren again. No response. I tried a fifth time. I received a response from her nurse, telling me that I had to fax in my pain report, which I had already done. I asked a sixth time to speak to Dr. Ren about my options. My referring doctor's office even tried to intervene to get a response. I tried again for the seventh time. Then eighth. At that point, I was done with Dr. Ren's disrespectful BS. Just as I was making an appointment with a new doc, her nurse called in response to my first message. She made up a story about why they hadn't responded to my messages - claiming that they didn't receive them all until that very morning. ?? That was a lie because we had previously discussed the content of these messages. In sum, I ended up making an appointment with the chief of orthopedic surgery, having surgery, and recovering from surgery all within the time that Dr. Ren's office wanted me to wait to ask follow up questions. Lesson learned. DO NOT GO TO DR. REN!

Since canceling back in August, I have been charged an additional $280 by them, split into random chunks of amounts ($25 here, $100 there...) and have literally been calling and emailing for over a month to get someone there to fix it. It would be fine if I heard something back and for some reason I am mistaken, but the fact I have received no response whatsoever is infuriating. Obviously disputing with my bank and will never go here again. Would not recommend.

The grief was disabling during the day also and I was unable to work or do day-to-day tasks, my mind was reeling. I knew there was no way I could do years of counseling to get through it, I needed something fast to help me return to normal life. I called ECC and asked Melanie what she could do to help heal me to accelerate the process of trauma, and get results and relief fast. She introduced me to EMDR and Matrix Reimprinting. I had never heard of such a thing and didn't know the technology behind them , and truly thought they sounded like a waste of time and would not work. But I was desperate. After learning how they work on the brain and body and the historical proven results, I gave them a try. Much to my surprise I was shocked to see that not only did they work but they gave fast results and relief to my grief and pain and reeling thoughts that would not stop. The effects were so positive I couldn't quite believe it could be that easy... I still am baffled and SO incredibly grateful to Melanie and ECC for having these techniques to offer to our community. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! I was able to quickly returned to normal life. I was also able to cope with all that came after the accident well. Later that year I also had a serious incident with a family member that I was feeling similar trauma about and went back to ECC. As the first time, Melanie was able to bring me through it quickly and painlessly with these amazing techniques that seem to good to be true. I have been back to ECC for my relationship too, and it truly helped me for over a year, with the guidance I received from another great therapist there named Kathy. I highly recommend these guys!
