The key was already made, and he was charging the battery. He then cut the steering wheel lock off for me, poured the gas that I brought into the tank for me, checked the tire pressure, and tried to push it out while I drove. This was the only location that was able to assist in the kind of key I was looking to be made. Took me almost a year to finally bring the broken key down and both the receptionist and Russ both remembered me.
