We purchased most of her toys here on excellent recommendations from staff. This is from prior to picking up our pup. She loves and plays with all of them. Later we purchased a raincoat for her and recently a winter coat. Rens staff are always on hand to make sure we are purchasing the right size and recommend the best brand. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and so very passionate about pets. They are pet owners themselves which makes it really easy to explain what you need and know they will understand and be able to help. I learned a lot about rabbits today as well from one of the staff. She shared a lot of information about local breeders and where to look if I'm ready for my second bun. The best thing is that they have the pets in stores but unlike the big brands pet stores, they really really take care of the pets. They even separate the ones they know aren't as social so everyone is happy. I like that they pay so much attention that they know what tempers some of the animals have.
