You would think owning A business and working with senior citizens on a regular basis that he would have empathy and patience! JIM is a tyrant, disrespectful, rude and arrogant !!! HE ROLLS HIS EYES on a regular basis when you ask him questions or just in general! I'm assuming he doesn't have a lot of reviews as he mostly works with seniors. So on behalf of my 80-year-old mother I am writing this review! After she came home and explain to me the situation I was mortified angry and hurt with her treatment from this man!!!! Also when you ask the front desk numerous times as we have not to book you with Jim and they keep doing it you have to wonder about them as well!! And never mind his wife who always works there and also has terrible terrible customer service. Everyone deserves better treatment than this so please be aware and go somewhere else!!!! JIM you can't get away with treating your customers this way. And I have heard this is been happening for years to our seniors and someone has to stick up for them and that is me!!! We had to rate this one star in order to write the review because it would be zero for sure. Rolling eyes in front of a customers!! To Much!!!

If for any reason proper use is not regained, MD Aesthetics will hear from me again!

The eye exam was very thorough and detail oriented ensuring that nothing was missed. The Doctor explained in detail regarding all the test results, showed us the chart and images taken from the eyes to provide explanation of what it means. Then suggested what the next course of action should be, provided recommendations and answered several of my questions in detail even if my questions may have been silly. 5 STARS always!!
