Then you get home realizing they did not pack all of yr items. This is unacceptable. I will never shop here again. I called the store to explain that I did not get everything I paid for, the person was very dismissive. I should be a pleasant experience for any consumer spending their money for the things they want. It's unacceptable when the very person ringing up yr things are trying to get over not being ethical within their behavior at the consumers expense. This is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would..This is creating unnecessary stress for any consumer..

Owner likes to complain to Yelp when Yelp reviewers post true things about their experience with…read moreher and/ or her business in general that aren't positive, and then she gets Yelp to delete the reviews she thinks are most going to deter people from coming to her store. Owner replied to my first review I posted this week by denying our experience at her store, gaslit me and told me she was going to ask Yelp to delete my review because it was damaging to her business. Sounded like she was having a melt down over the truth getting out. I noticed after that 3 people conveniently posted on the same day positive reviews when her listing on Yelp never gets too many Yelp reviews in a short amount of time, let alone same day. Very Interesting. She must've told her employees, friends, clients and/ or followers about my review and asked or manipulated them into to feeling bad for her and going in to leave more 5 star positive reviews to boost her rating back up. Owner is damaging their own business by how she treats some people as if they're more trusted to shop there than "others" who look a certain way. Take some accountability and deliver a better customer experience to ALL people who come in and haven't done anything wrong, especially repeat customers.

If they were, they would approach customers and try to "sell" the merchandise and not wander or hide behind the cash register. I don't know if the staff can tell the difference between the subtle signs of craftsmanship, Milanese button holes, no taping on the seams of an unconstructed men's jacket, and a schlock job. There are not too many high-end retailers around anymore. Wallach's and Barneys come to mind. There is a lot of high-end, well tailored merchandise.
