We got a deer processed to fill our stand up freezer a while back. There were cuts of meat I have never seen before. I asked a friend of mine that processes her own deer and she said I have never seen them because they are very time consuming and tedious. So this taxidermy takes the time to make use of the whole deer. Every roast I have cooked has been so good and tender like you wouldn't believe! For the ground there is no gristle. It's clean meat. We will use this processor from now on for all our deer! And the price was very affordable! read more

Didn't get back the amount of meat I should've received from a large doe. When Rickey owned the business, you could be sure there wasn't much waste from the animal. New owner blamed it on the transition from Rickey to him. I have heard other negative comments from people in the community. Find another place to process your meat!!! read more
