That may sound silly but it feels like I'm just a number. I have had 2 different crowns done and BOTH chipped within weeks of placement. I knew I was overpaying but went ahead and anyways. I should have taken it as a sign when they asked if I wanted to purchase insurance for the tooth. That is ALARMING. It should be reliable or fixed anyways after what we have to pay. I appreciate how kind the staff has always been, but I worry about how predatory the billing process can be. They rush you thru, give you quotes and say they need payment now, then afterwards I realized that things didn't line up. Feels like a car lot. I wanted it to be better.

I have not rated that practice out of respect, but I can tell you immediately, Westen is amazing! First, Emily, my dental hygienist, was professional, kind, gentle, and compassionate. She explained every single step of the process clearly. My teeth felt so clean afterward! During my cleaning, my one single crown came loose--I've had trouble with this crown since the beginning. I am actually so glad it did come loose! Because then Dr. Evans came in and identified the problem with that crown. I am now set up to have this forever problematic crown fixed, with a professional team I trust. They also lay out the treatment plan clearly, as well as the expected bill. This is the best dentistry experience I've had. Would recommend them to anyone!

They do not have a recovery area for the patient to be monitored post procedure/Anesthesia. If there are any complications for any medications administered during the procedure they do not wait to see if there are any adverse reactions. This is supposed to be medical care, any PCP that gives you a shot makes you wait at least 10 to 15 minutes if not longer to make sure you're ok. If you are looking for friendly medical/dental staff who actually care I would suggest another provider, you won't find it here. The customer/patient service was terrible on top of all of that. Flat out rude.

We were overcharged repeatedly and each time there was a "reason" for the problem! Amanda was rude and disrespectful and basically told me that the LAW in KY said to do this. When asked what law that was, there was no reply. She then told us if we didn't like the dentist, "Go take yourself someplace else!" We could not believe how rude she was. The first time she was a bit rude, we overlooked it, but it's repetitive and they allow this type of behavior at the office. She's very nice until you question anything she is doing, then LOOK out! As she said, we are taking ourselves someplace ELSE!
