She explained what she will be doing and was very professional and friendly. No pain, no problem at all and I appreciated the no pain part. I met Dr. Kuzma who was very personable, likable and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business. We were overcharged repeatedly and each time there was a "reason" for the problem! Amanda was rude and disrespectful and basically told me that the LAW in KY said to do this. When asked what law that was, there was no reply. She then told us if we didn't like the dentist, "Go take yourself someplace else!" We could not believe how rude she was. The first time she was a bit rude, we overlooked it, but it's repetitive and they allow this type of behavior at the office. She's very nice until you question anything she is doing, then LOOK out! I was confused and said I had not been made aware of that policy. She said it was conpletely inappropriate to bring them to the office. I explained my daughter had the next appointment but was told I should have mad arrangements. Ironically, my kids were great that day. Not statues or silent but well behaved, inquisitive, excited to watch. My previous dentist instructed me to bring my kids so they would learn to not be fearful. Dr Cassady told me ' maybe you should go back there'. I responded by saying someone should have told me to not bring kids. Very disappointed in this practice advertised as family friendly. They said I needed emergency work but couldn't fit me in until months later. RED FLAG 1. Also, on a side note, once the dentist asked if I had cats (which I do) he then waited until I was lying down on the chair to talk casually about killing cats with his nurse. He wanted to know if the nurse euthenized her pets herself. RED FLAG 2! And red flag 3, was that he never bothered to talk with me; he spoke to the nurse and then she spoke to me with all of us in the SAME room. Perhaps if you are strictly business and can wait close to a full year between appointments he may be the dentist for you. I will not go to him again and I don't recommend parents take their children to him. His casual conversation is horrifying.
