My daughter and I had back-to-back appointments. She is 6. I brought 3yr old and 1 yr old. I got my…read moreteeth cleaned. I was then told that if I chose to ever come back, to not bring my kids. I was confused and said I had not been made aware of that policy. She said it was conpletely inappropriate to bring them to the office. I explained my daughter had the next appointment but was told I should have mad arrangements. Ironically, my kids were great that day. Not statues or silent but well behaved, inquisitive, excited to watch. My previous dentist instructed me to bring my kids so they would learn to not be fearful. Dr Cassady told me ' maybe you should go back there'. I responded by saying someone should have told me to not bring kids. Very disappointed in this practice advertised as family friendly. My daughter didnt want to be anywhere near them. Very clean, good facility, horrible treatment.

A very busy dentist office, I called to schedule in early December, my appointment was made for…read moreJanuary (which was my first appointment so basically they just did xrays and took my history), my scheduled follow up appointment couldn't be earlier then late September. They said I needed emergency work but couldn't fit me in until months later. RED FLAG 1. Also, on a side note, once the dentist asked if I had cats (which I do) he then waited until I was lying down on the chair to talk casually about killing cats with his nurse. He wanted to know if the nurse euthenized her pets herself. RED FLAG 2! And red flag 3, was that he never bothered to talk with me; he spoke to the nurse and then she spoke to me with all of us in the SAME room. Perhaps if you are strictly business and can wait close to a full year between appointments he may be the dentist for you. I will not go to him again and I don't recommend parents take their children to him. His casual conversation is horrifying.
