Erica was very prompt and offered me a drink upon arrival. Sure I was "on the clock" but who can say no to a free mimosa? Not me! I sat in the waiting area (gorgeous btw) while Erica cleaned her room for me. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes or less. The online booking was super easy. I wish they offered massages and facials, I wanted to stay all day!! Since it was my first wax it was 50% discount at checkout and I got a cute goodie bag. I'll definitely be back!!

Absolutely loved Hannah H!…read more I was able to schedule a last minute eyebrow waxing. I scheduled it through the app Vagaro. Very easy! It was easy to select my appointment type and easy to select a stylist. I selected Hannah H because she had great reviews on the app. I parked on the street. Not too crowded but I think it was because I went during a Bronco game ha ha. When I arrived, the hostess greeted me. You are required to wear a mask inside so it made me feel safe. Hannah was waiting when I arrived. She greeted me with a big smile (with her eyes). I told her I just needed to reshape my eyebrows. We got to know each other a little bit and I loved our conversations. I felt like she really took the time to get to know me and shaped my eyebrows beautifully. I was meeting my boyfriends mom for the first time that weekend and wanted to clean up my eyebrows. She told me not to stress and that she would take care of the rest! I did not get photos unfortunately but I loved it! She really kept my shape and cleaned them up in no time! I felt the price was fair as well! I can't wait to go back!

Whatever you do DO NOT go to this location. I have been getting waxed for at least 20 years and…read morewhere I go mainly depends on how convenient the location is. I live near Sloans Lake so I was very excited when the EWC at Tennyson opened up. I am also very generous with a three strikes rule and this place got three strikes in a row. The first time I went there they made me wait 20 minutes which overall isn't terrible but, considering their "nine" minute grace period, seems unreasonable. The second time I went there, my room was dirty, and the staff was rude to me for literally no reason. The third time I went there I was exactly 9 minutes late and they refused to honor my appointment. Even though there was a snowstorm. When I begged and pleaded and asked for them to make an exception, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to me and wouldn't budge, even though I know they had appointments available based on the calendar availability on their website. Shouldn't it be an 8 minute grace period if by minute 9 you're too late? I guess math is hard for some people. Finally, there is literally NO parking anywhere near this location so unless you give yourself enough time to find parking and walk then good luck!

I have been coming here for laser hair removal for several months now. The laughing gas definitely helps you relax, and as soon as you start inhaling it you're back to a clear head and okay to drive. The prices are the same as other places, so having the gas is an added bonus. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes, but wouldn't even mind it because the waiting area is this charming little bookstore with fun chairs. The staff is very friendly. It's five stars all around.

I've been wanting to do Brazilian Laser Hair Removal for a while due to excessive ingrown situation…read morefrom waxing (sorry if that's TMI) but I have been hesitant due to numerous people saying it hurt. But then I talked to a friend who did I at Bald and suggested them as they offer laughing gas to take the edge off! Brilliant I thought, and finally made my appointment. So the day finally arrived and I was nervous as heck, I sometimes give myself like anxious nerves, but I wasn't going to back down because gosh darn it I just want to be done with shaving lol. Anyways my nurse Lauren was AWESOME, she had such a great energy and was so patient with me; making me feel calm and ready to go. She did a test at a lower level which is recommended for your first time, and continuously checked in with me to make sure I was good, and would have me take deep breaths in areas she knew would be a bit more "spicy" honestly I couldn't have asked for a better nurse! And guys I know it was just my first session but I am telling you I can't believe I was freaking out about this. It was nothing, like a tiny prick. I'm sure down the road when I get closer to being done with appointments (it usually takes anywhere from 6-12 sessions) it might have a bit more discomfort but you work your way up to that and honestly the results are worth it. I am honestly just mad at myself that I didn't start this process sooner!! If you do Brazilian waxes you can do this easy! Also they do a cool promo for your first time getting a discount. It was such an easy process I ended up adding arm pits too because why the heck not!!! And for the next time they offer like bundle deals too. Oh and don't forget to take advantage of the laughing gas! I didn't this time and was fine, though I probably will as we progress but so cool they offer that for people that just need to take the edge off!

Honestly, it's the first time I heard of sugaring but apparently it is a better as it's more natural or gentle on the skin. After a few strips of the sugar+citric acid+water paste, it was rather painful for me so the aesthetician recommended we switch to waxing as it was my first time. And I couldn't agree more! Thank you Andrea for being so considerate! I can attest that the waxing was so much better for me, and tolerable. I availed of the $7 new client monthly membership because I honestly think it's a good deal vs other competitors! The biggest draw for me was that I can cancel and pause/freeze my membership at any time on the app without incurring any fees!! Also, there are no long term contracts!! Isn't that exciting? Once registered, clients have lifetime membership status and can reactivate the membership at any future date. Basically, your membership pays for your next service in advance as you get the credit for that service. I'm so glad they are next to Happy Lemon and Target because I frequent this area a lot-- making the location super convenient for me. Plus, parking is plenty too! The vibe is cute with all the drawings...it looks very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. You can check-in as soon as you get there via the iPads and one of the ladies will come get you once they are ready. I'm so glad I found out about them through ClassPass because it's a convenient location, prices consistent with Denver, clean and enjoyable. I see a number of the nail technicians and I feel like I get a consistently good manicure and pedicure. I like that their nail polishes are less toxic, they offer tea & water, and the zen pedicure with hot stones is extra nice. My only complaint is that they use the same towel that they have your skin shavings and nail clippings on to dry your feet when you take it out of the bath the last time. I always feel like I'm putting wet, clean feet on a dirty towel. They fold it over to paint nails but still, would like that done earlier in the pedicure.
