Over the years, I've welcomed them in to my home to: - Install a new hot water heater. - Install an Aprilaire furnace humidifie - Airseal my home - Reinsulate my whole attic - Repair a leaking gas line - Fixed a rusting line connected to the hot water heater they installed over 5 years after the install... for free. These guys do a great job every time, always honor their quotes, arrive on time, and complete the work on schedule. They're also very polite, and while doing the job they just completed for me, arrived in masks and followed COVID protocols. I've had Ryan, Mike, Tom, and Jamie all perform work and/or inspections for me, and I have recommended them to friends and neighbors. Would do so again any time.

After 20 years, we've decided to sell our house and downsize. One thing requested by the new buyer,…read morewas that we have the furnace cleaned and serviced. We looked at several companies that provide these services and decided to try Wise Home Energy. The team of Mike and Tom arrived on time and ready for work. The van they work out of was fully equipped for just about any issue that might arise. They went right to work on our furnace and let me stand by and watch. These gents really know their business. They made a complete inspection and gave our furnace a thorough cleaning. Connections and contacts were checked for operation, as was the blower and heat exchanger. After checking the thermostat for operation, they also made sure there were no gas leaks. I admit that I wasn't as conscientious as I might have been, by having the furnace serviced yearly. However, with the price as reasonable as Wise charges, I would definitely have it serviced yearly. Stop for a moment and consider how much you count on your furnace. Mike and Tom were both friendly and outgoing. I appreciated the fact that they let me "look over their shoulders". They explained things as they went along and were very thorough in their inspection and cleaning. I am very pleased with the service that Wise Home Energy provided. If I were staying in this house, I would definitely call on Wise for my heating and air conditioning service. Give them a call, you surely won't be sorry.

I contacted the contractor directly, explained the problem, and he told me he would come back to inspect it. Unfortunately, he never returned and did not follow through. A properly installed gutter should drain toward the downspout, and I expected the contractor to stand behind his work when an installation problem was brought to his attention. Based on my experience, the workmanship and customer service were both lacking.

Turned out our "newer 30 year" roof would be lucky to make it through one more winter. John and his crew came in and tore out three layers of shingles and a heap of rotten wood, put in a perfect roof, a ridge vent, new vents and even took down the old Dish dish in about a day for a very fair price then cleaned up impeccably. Nice guy too. Highly recommend!

Our house is 40 years old. We never had the heating ducts cleaned and earlier this year I did a…read moreconstruction project in my basement that included drywall and drywall dust. I figured it was time. I spoke to Rick Drexler on the phone and he explained the whole process, and we scheduled a date a few weeks out to have them come and clean the ducts. The three man crew showed up at 9 AM and were very courteous - they all introduced themselves by name which is nice if you're going to have a crew in your house for 3 to 4 hours. Emilio was the foreman, but they were all nice and helpful explaining what they were doing as they go through your whole house. We all did a walk-through of the house from the second floor down to the basement. Counted all the ducts -intake and outtake. Then they brought in the equipment, a big vacuum that goes down in the basement that sucks up all the dust and debris. They make a few holes in your heat runs and cold air intake runs in the basement. That's where they insert their vacuum. They seal up these holes afterwards. They basically put a blue sticky film over all of the ducts in the house and then blow down from the second floor everything down to the basement. Then they use the vacuum in the basement to clean everything out your main runs. While they were here, I asked if they could also clean my dryer vent duct. They did and you'll see the results of that too. The pictures I've attached were some that I took and a couple that they took to show the before and after of the duct work. They sprayed a "fogger" spray in each vent to help prevent dust and bad stuff from accumulating for a few years. All told - it took three hours from start to finish and we are very pleased with the outcome. As I said it's been 40 years for this house so it was way overdue! They also do other services such as mold remediation, carpet or tile grout cleaning, and remediating water damage. They did a great job and I would highly recommend Jet Dry to do work in your home!

My years restoring old houses seemed to be the base cause, but the issue of mold was in the mix. I had my home tested, and it indeed had a mold problem. From a hospital bed I looked for a company to solve the problem, and Jet Dry was my choice, and a good choice it was. They did even more than the estimate included, and when I did come home, the basement had been totally cleaned and coated with mold killer. They used various methods, and when re-tested, my house was free of mold. Very nice staff, and a most reasonable price, and I highly reccomend them.

Well, we're more than satified. We couldn't be more happy with the job they did. We have been trying to sell our parents' home for several years. Joe and his crew at not only removed all the mold in our basement, they sealed it and added a humidifier in a quote that was lower than the other four we received. One of the upgrades required was a new furnace as the original one was on its last leg. I called for 3 different estimates and received offers from 2 companies, including Betlem. From the very beginning, it was obvious that Craig from Betlem knew and understood HVAC. Not only was he knowledgeable but he took the time to explain in detail what I needed and why. I had numerous questions, all of which he answered. He spent a good hour at my house walking me through the various options available. It took me only a few minutes to decide to go with Betlem based on Craig's vast knowledge and customer service. On installation day, Betlem showed up on time and did everything they said they were going to do (Installed furnace, installed new thermostat, extended the exhaust piping, installed a new pump for the whole house humidifier, etc.) When I examined the work it looked clean and professional. After a few hours, I noticed that some of the pvc work was leaking. I called Craig and he sent over a service team the next day. The piping simply needed some additional glue to secure the fittings. While Aaron was here, he also setup the system so the furnace would turn off if the pump ever failed. He could have charged me for this because it wasn't in the contract and never came up but he did it free of charge. If you want a professional job with a company that understands customer service, you've found the right place. Thank you to Craig, Gordon, Dave and Aaron for installing our new Lennox furnace. We couldn't be happier and we will be Betlem customers for life.
