Excellent service with the best price in impact windows and doors. They have standard sizes in stock and same day delivery.

Excellent service throughout the whole experience. Had been looking for a place for impact windows…read morefor my new home. Got a decent quote and a lot of information from Joe and we were able to set up a date with no hassle. Answered all of my questions without missing a beat, clearly knows his stuff. Danny handled my installation, and similar - didn't miss a beat. It was done on-time, professionally and was quite the bang for your buck. Products are definitely premium, but the pricing was competitive. Heard that they do roofs, so might call them to get a quote as well. All in all, very recommended.

Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." This demonstrates a willingness to provide false and inconsistent statements during a state consumer inquiry, which should carry significant weight in evaluating their credibility and business practices. I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project. In the meantime, see the photo of the windows that I get to look at every day, which shows four distinct multi colors (bright silver, light gray, medium gray and dark gray) visible from 30 feet away. I've attached a photo of my home and front door we have not been able to use for 10 days. The only…read moreaccess inside and outside is through our garage. My home is only 3 years old and we are the first occupants. My builder gave me the info for Sunshine Windows, whom he utilized for several new builds in our neighborhood. The door is a 9ft tall, metal impact window. It's heavy. As it stands 3 years later, it's apparent that the hinges are not sufficient to support the door, resulting in the door now sagging and being inoperable without causing further damage. I called Sunshine Windows and explained the situation, the gentleman on the phone said that they only offer a 1year warranty. At this time, I thought I was speaking to the installers, not the actual manufacturer AND installer. I questioned the validity of only offering a 1 year warranty on such a high-cost item and one that is expected to last far beyond 1year. It's a front door. He said he'd speak to someone and get back to me either later that day or the next. The next day came and still no word so I called again. This time I spoke to a woman who asked me to email her with my info, builder, and a video of the issue and someone would get back to me. The next day I attempted to send the video but it was too large, so I just sent an email once again describing the situation and relaying the info for the third time. The next day still no word back so I call again and get the same man I spoke to the first time. He said they never got the email and confirmed that I had a misspelling so I resend. Another day of entering and exiting our home by opening and closing our garage. Still no word so I call the next day. I get the same gentleman again who asked me "so did I give you a price?" Of course my response was "price for what? The door you all manufactured and installed is faulty and I'm simply asking for you to stand by your work and product." He said the warranty is 1 year and that's that. Of course, then it becomes me being the "Karen" asking for the manager (ugh. Insert eye roll). He proceeds to tell me that the manager is the woman I spoke to days earlier and she already told me it's a 1year warranty and that's that. I reminded him that's not at all what transpired and she simply gave me instructions to email a video and a summary of the issue. She got on the phone and said it's a 1 year warranty. Period. Am I mad now? You betcha!!! Because what I've failed to mention is that every person on my street that's had the Sunshine Windows front doors installed on their home, has the SAME EXACT ISSUE. I told her this and there was zero interest. I said there must be someone else I can speak to that cares about this. I mean this is YOUR product! Don't you stand by it? Don't you want to ensure that it's something you can be proud of and have people count on? We're talking a $3K door here that's lasted only three years? Ask yourself-how many times have you had to replace the hinges on your front door because they've failed? She said she would speak to the owner or someone else who was in charge and get back to me tomorrow. I know this drill. I've been through it all week. I said the only other option we are left with is a review. Please stand by your product so we don't have to go there. Because this is just a stupid way to have to get a company to pay attention, yet here we are. I did get a reply shortly after my last call via email which stated we'll come fix your door for $200 and referred to my "tone." Lady, if you couldn't use the front door of your house for over a week and you've been calling the installer and manufacturer for 4 days to get a resolution you'd have a "tone" too. Obviously I have zero desire to give a penny to a company like this. Clearly they sell a cheap product to developers who like to keep costs low. And there's plenty of those in South Florida to keep Sunshine Windows and their GARBAGE product in business for a long time. Pretty to look at though. Just don't try to use it.

Maria has been responsive, patient, and has put up with us revising our quote several times. We broke a larger project up, and already have one door and window from them. They arrived exactly when promised. We're very impressed by the quality and finish. Our experiences with other window companies have been horrible, so it's been very refreshing to find a reputable truly local company... they're a short drive from our house, and we can visit and actually observe their operations. Maria is excellent at setting expectations. We realized that the hurricane shutters we put on our house to meet insurance requirements when we bought it in 1993 now need to be replaced to meet new code, or we can keep paying ever-increasing insurance. So, tired of shutters and high insurance, we decided to make the big switch to hurricane doors and windows. We called and visited half a dozen window companies in Miami. We kept running into two manufacturers, which after a while we discovered were actually one company. The prices were high, and the dealers were mostly badmouthing one another, since they had no true product differentiation. Sunshine, and in particular Maria, has been a pleasure to work with. We already have replaced one door and window, and have ordered new doors and windows for the whole house in January. Very good quality... we went with casement windows, and the heavier hurricane glass throughout. Nothing but good things to say about this company.

How this company is still in business is beyond astonishing. I placed an order for a door and was…read moretold it would be 4-6 weeks. After waiting 11 weeks, I was delivered the wrong door. I called the company to inform them and was told they would try and find my door and have it redelivered. I happen to be celebrating my sons first birthday in Disney world while all this mess was going on. The company called me when they found my door and offered to redeliver it the next day. I advised them I was out of town but would try and have someone at my home to accept the door. They did not give me a time frame for which the door would be delivered. The following day I get a call from a driver telling me he's thirty minutes away, unfortunately, I had to inform the driver that no could be present at my home at that time to accept the door. He advised me to call the company and inform the secretary. I hung up with him and immediately called the company and to my complete shock was told in an extremely rude manner that if no one could be available to accept the delivery at that precise moment they wouldn't know when the door could be redelivered. Additionally, I was practically blamed for accepting the original delivery and not measuring the door while the delivery was being done. I was appalled when I found myself explaining to them that I was home alone with my infant son at the time of the original delivery and couldn't find a tape measure to measure the door in the precise moment it was being delivered. After several phone calls between myself and my husband with the company, while we were at Disney world trying to celebrate my sons first birthday, we were left with no resolution to a redelivery day. In a state of frustration my husband then asked if they could send it the following day or the day after and they flat out said no so he asked for a refund given they were making it impossible to redeliver the correct door after waiting 11 weeks. The day we were returning from Disney, in a final attempt to find a solution, I contacted the company and spoke to the owners daughter Melissa. I asked if she could please find a day and time that was convenient for them to have my correct door delivered and she flat out told me they would not be delivering the door but instead refunding me because they refuse to deliver the door. They were however sending someone within the next two days to pick up the incorrect door that was left behind. After waiting 11 weeks when I was originally told 4-6 weeks for a door and paying it in full, now this "business" was not only refusing to admit their wrong doing in delivering the wrong door but refusing to bring the correct door. I hope to save someone the nightmare it has been dealing with this company that has absolutely no sense of customer service let alone etiquette.

I called just now and lady who answered flat out said "this is not how it works" we take your information and our sales team follows up when they have time. My two times calling this company to get an estimate and ask for an appointment not only was unprofessional but a bad taste on how they handle incoming leads.
