My experience with Professional Search Group was extremely unprofessional…read more My recruiter was Donovan, and one of my biggest concerns was his disorganized handling of the assignment. I was not provided with all applicable equipment policies BEFORE receiving and using the equipment. If you're responsible for placing someone into an assignment with strict requirements, those policies should be provided beforehand and not after the employee is already expected to follow them. This creates a situation where someone could face consequences for requirements that were not properly communicated beforehand. I was also given important employment-related documents with provisions I had serious concerns about AFTER I had already started working, with very little time to review and sign them. Documents like these should be provided before an assignment begins, with reasonable time to review and ask questions. Most disappointing was the communication afterward. When issues arose and I needed answers and clarification, Donovan stopped responding. A recruiter should support the people they place when problems occur, not disappear when their help is actually needed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Professional Search Group. If you work with them, get every policy and agreement in writing BEFORE starting and keep records of your communications.
