Booked an Installation appointment for my TV via HelloTech…read more got a confirmation for the same morning with a window of 4 hours saying that the installer will arrive at 1PM. 20 minutes later the Tech sends me a Text saying he can't make it after I've cancelled all my duties for them come and day including my working day. was trying calling him back,the phone was disconnected (of course). called the tech support and the lady on the phone started to apologize etc. which is not helping me at all. she confirmed with another Tech to arrive a bit later around 2PM and,no ones arrived. called again,and same sapplogizing story again. she confirmed with me that another Tech will arrive FOR SURE this time between 3-8 PM,No ones arrived arrived. at this point as you can imagine who I was dealing with. no dignit,low and poor customer service,idiotic way of running a busines. Never Ever again. wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
