Not only did he tell me everything I wanted to hear, his company actually delivered on it over the course of 4 months. Project managers Kellie Worrel and Lina were very professional... Along with the various designers that worked on the project. This was a large and complicated project, with 3 different admin panels, various API plugins, front end/back end strategies for development, detailed UI/UX design, and many other things they did for me. The planning phase was essential, and they only used 70% of my budget, allotting the remaining funds to the UI/UX phase which was much more detailed and complicated, but they nailed it. This company really cares about your project. They don't just treat you as a dollar figure that will eventually be in their bank accounts. They both have, and show genuine interest in your project. They do detailed and thorough reviews of your proposed strategies and provide great strategic value to the project. This is the kind of company who will always strive to make sure your project gets to the finish line.

They help manage some of our digital advertising (PPC campaigns - Eron is awesome!) as well as assist with design concepts. The team is knowledgeable and the level of customer service is unparalleled. Their design team works best when ideas are presented and expectations are spelled out. I haven't had the best luck with giving them complete creative freedom over projects, but that could also be chocked up to the fact that I'm a bit of a perfectionist and control freak. However, after a few rounds of edits, the design are flawless and ready for print, production or posting on the web. I have a great working relationship with the owner, Janice Tippett. She cares about her clients as well as her employees. It's reassuring that I can pick up the phone to discuss issues or even compliment an employee's hard work. Communication is key in any business but Millennium Marketing has it right! I recommend Millennium Marketing Solutions for companies, both big and small, looking to explore new marketing horizons in print, digital and promotional.
