Once Keenan approached me and asked if I needed help I was more than grateful. I explained my problem and he knew just what to give me to try on. He explained both brands of sneakers. I tried both on and again I am just so grateful to run into Keenan that day. I am still now wearing BROOKS, but it's now a new line of walking sneaker called GHOST. Today one of the employees named Chris went above and beyond running out to my car to get me. My…read moreboyfriend saw a button shirt he liked in our new store so I looked it up on the app for a possible Christmas present. The shirt retails for 65.00 and I never pay retail price. On the app some of the colors had gotten clearanced and the color he liked in the store was one of those marked down online to 19.47. The cashier looked at the app and scanned the item which was still coming up full price in the store. The cashier asked if I wanted him to ask a manager I said sure can't hurt. The employee said cause it was a clearance item it couldn't be price matched. I said ok well I'm not paying full price for the shirt I don't need it that bad so I headed to my car. That's when Chris came all the way to the parking lot to tell me they would absolutely match the price and there had been some confusion. He said they wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Played with basketballs, footballs and baseballs. I looked at some apparel. When I got back to mall entrance cashier, SAME CUSTOMER was at register, still talking to cashier. I waited 5 minutes, mean time, 5 EMPLOYEES STOOD AROUND HER OR WITHIN 20 feet of me while I waited. DONE! Long time shoppers will not return to here or Vestal...Go to Target, Walmart or other smaller excersise stores I have visited. But they have just about everything you'd want for athletic equipment, hunting gear, shoes, and active wear. This store has an especially nice and large section of Syracuse University clothing and memorabilia. The only major complaint is the checkouts. They are DESIGNED to produce long and ungainy lines. Even on a slow day, you're likely to wait 10 minutes to check out. This design does, however, make you feel like the only customer in the store when you ARE actually checking out.
