All of the staff and shoppers were wearing masks and encouraged to social distance from each other. 8 Yeas ago, my wife and I made the trip to this establishment in search of a winter coat for my wife. We live near Middletown, NY so it isn't a trip that we make often. That being said, we returned because the coat that we originally purchased, was starting to wear out. It was well worth the asking price, considering it lasted 8 years. The staff was more than helpful in our quest to purchase another warm coat. We left the store after finding a great coat that will hopefully keep my wife as warm and comfortable as the last coat. Remember, you get what you pay for. Quality might cost a little more, but it's worth it!

We returned as a group of 4 with masks on to find that she was speaking with a friend both maskless, so i was confused as to why we we're denied entry before if she wasn't even going to follow her own policy?? I could see that they were giving our group dirty looks the entire time, with her friend giving us the condescending up and down look, so tactless and rude. We are patrons, would have purchased items here had it not been for your horrible and unwelcoming attitude. Maybe useful to note that our group was POC & LGBTQ+ so felt like discrimination.
