I was instructed by my doctor to take ZyrtecD, an over the counter medication. However, I'm guessing due to abuse of the product it requires photo ID to purchase it. When I tried to purchase it from this pharmacy, they had "ice on their phone lines" and couldn't connect to the internet and was told to go somewhere else. Now, I don't drive and taking a bus when your ill isn't exactly practical. On top of it all, the woman was rude to me and acted like I was a drug addict, when I was there also getting an antibiotic and clearly exhibiting symptoms of a sinus infection. If you plan to stay open, update your technology.

When I opened the items upon returning home every item had an issue. The photos were not lined up with the magnet backing, the poster was creased, and the last product was not lined up. The photo was handing over the edge of the mount. I called and a very kind woman told me to bring the items in and they would reprint them. I went into CVS to have them reprinted and the young man at the counter needed assistance and then the woman that was helping him needed help (no problem, I'm patient when people are learning). The woman that came up to help, possibly a manager, stated there was nothing wrong and she put the order together herself. I showed her the problem and she said they were good enough. I stated they were gifts and I didn't feel comfortable paying for something that wasn't put together correctly. She became very rude. I asked her not to give me attitude and she became even more rude and raised her voice to me. I ended up just getting a refund and will have to get my items printed elsewhere. The woman was waiting in the parking lot and made several comments. I truly hope she was having a bad day and doesn't treat other customers the same way. She should not be working with people. I wish I could give this place negative reviews or review one employee because the others were very kind and helpful. Sadly, I will be going out of my way to avoid this cvs.

I planned ahead, speaking to my PCP and also the pharmacy department at this Scranton Walgreens location. All was set & I was planning to pick up my prescription today. When I arrived, the pharmacist was extremely rude, stating that the prescription could not be filled here & that I had been misinformed by the pharmacy staff member yesterday. She immediately discounting my issue & would not help in any way. Don't go here if you want prescriptions filled properly. Walgreens, you need to hire some staff with manners!
