Everything we tried, from the fried rice (tasteless) to the spring rolls (tasted like some kind of chemical) to the ice cream (freezer burnt and poor quality; gross) was disappointing! The sushi tasted like it'd been stored in a fridge under plastic wrap for the last week. The rice was dry and rock hard. There were only two dishes for vegetarians other than the unappetizing-looking 'salad bar' - the sautéed mushrooms were actually okay, but the sautéed vegetables were tasteless. When you look at the ala carte menu you see they use MSG in nearly every single dish. My husband says the one star is for the tiramisu. I didn't try it cause it looked disgusting. It was €45 for two adult buffets (€18 each) with one drink each (€3-4). What a waste of money. read more

Finally found a decent Chinese (Asian Fusion) restaurant. The kicker...10 minutes away!! First off. This is a buffet restaurant but everything sure looked fresh. The wait staff is on point and always on the lookout to take away your plates. We really enjoyed this place and intend on going back again and again. The place was pretty busy which is always a good sign in my book especially since this place is HUGE!! 2 managers and a general manager on the floor made sure things ran the way they should. I was really impressed with how smoothly things were going. Never an empty dish. Food was constantly coming out and replacing hot plates was not intrusive at all. They really catered for everyone...even fries and chicken for the young uninitiated! The main focus of course is Chinese food with the usual being served. However, I did spot some things I had never seen before, like shark! One thing that caught my eye was the duck egg roll. it was was delicious....so was the duck, pork etc. The honey garlic and sesame seeds chicken was definitely my favorite. Think sweet and sour breaded chicken....but honey, garlic and sesame seeds instead!! The breaded chicken is first rolled in the honey-garlic concoction then rolled again in sesame seeds. Wow. That made my day. Sushi and sashimi prepared in small batches about 3 feet from the counter, meant that it was served the moment it was made. Can't really beat that. The desert counter was also pretty good with your usual fresh fruit, ice-cream and other Chinese deserts. They also had a pretty decent tiramisu and cream caramel which at first i thought was creme brulee! A couple of sodas and cappuccino ended our meal. We left very satisfied and with a smile. At 12 euros a head and pretty tasty food....whats not to love. read more

A little out of the centre, but close to Maybachstraße station. I went for the lunch buffet, which is €14. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, which satisfied me - the vegan options included the salad bar, two veggie stirfries, veggie spring rolls, potatoes, some of the sushi, and some of the dessert. The rest is meat-based. Lots of sauces available too. I enjoyed his very much. Recommended if you're out this way. read more

Ordinary Chinese food, pricey to order individual dishes. They won't accept my order for their 'lunch menu' because they were too busy during their peak hour around 1pm(even on the menu says 'lunch menus from 11:00am through 2:30pm'). The best buffet I have been to in Germany by far. Coming from Weiden/Grafenwöhr/Nuremberg area and now being in Stuttgart with so many options to choose from. I have been in Germany for four+ years, you have so many choices to choose from the line and I can say the best sushi at a buffet you will fine, Not dry or poorly rolled. Most of the food line food is great and should try everything at lease once. On the down side- the good dishes runs out kinda fast and they fall behind out them some times and the only other thing is the price is very high for the buffet and a still/soda/beer it will run you about €20 per person. read more
