I couldn't be more appreciative! So awesome. My hair was in a desperate need of a cut to get ride of my dead ends from a old bleach job. Annette got my hair to look bouncy and healthy again! I've had a…read moregift card for over 6 months and I guess the person who got the gift card for me was one number off zelling her son the money...she still gave him the gift card and never attempted to call him back to resolve anything....then I come in to use it and she is literally yelling at me and asked to call the purchaser of the card on my phone...then wouldn't give me my phone back right away...yelling at me the whole time and I didn't raise my voice once...of course you could see that I was embarrassed and upset...just trying to pamper myself a little with a gift card..and she Yelled at me!...she yelled at me....I am so sad/upset... terrible customer service

My husband had been doing his hair but we could not do his hair at home as my son kept refusing to cooperate. Manijeh was amazing with my son! He had so much fun, despite some road bumps with his refusal. Manijeh had a bunch of tricks in her back pocket to get him to finish the entire hair cut. Even though my son didn't love the whole process, he still enjoyed his time and is willing to come back. Great little spot for hair cuts in Alpine. I'm never going anywhere else for a cut! Shannara, has done micro blading on my eyebrows, permanent eyeliner, waxes and knows exactly what skin care products I need from cleanser to moisturizer, and everything in between. I go to Jen anytime I want to do something with my hair and she knows just what to do. I show her my reference pictures, and she's always able to create the look I'm after. She's bleached my hair, we've gone pink, purple, blonde and just did a wolf cut (which I was super nervous about) but it came out AMAZING! They've been very communicative when asking to reschedule and the salon is so beautiful and clean.
