Dione our manicurist was amazing. Did the full spa mani package for my daughter, kept stopping to ask if everything was ok when she was clipping and doing cuticles. Made my daughter really feel like she was a vip. She did pink and pink polka dots on her little hands as requested and it turned out amazing. Overall great experience and would 1000% return and recommend

It's run by a family, and they are accommodating friendly and very professional. I think their prices are reasonable, their service is terrific, And they offer a variety of modalities in their massage therapies. I definitely recommend them and would certainly give them a try. They have more than adequate parking they're easy to get to and you can make appointments online or by phone. I recommend the online version because they don't have a full-time receptionist, as far as I can see they do return phone calls and will acknowledge by text or email your appointment if they can accommodate you. They do require a questionnaire, and if you do have medical issues, they may as they well should, require a doctors note Allowing you to get the massage.

Very frustrating, but in itself, not the reason for this cautionary review. I made several calls that day and subsequently to this business, but none were returned. I emailed and called Tranquil Moments requesting my money back and was ignored for 2 weeks. Today I called my credit card company and requested a chargeback. I do not care how good Tranquil Moments is at massage if they cannot keep an appointment, and then ignore phone calls, emails and text messages about the missed appointment and requests for a refund. My belief is that this business planned to keep my $110, and hoped that I would just give up. I will never ever attempt to book with this provider again. The landlord told me that he has seen a number of other customers show for appointments only to find the business closed.

That day, I was mapped to the wrong place, and I called, texted and emailed in advance of my appointment time to let them know that I was in the wrong location. I made it to the correct location a few moments after what would've been my appointment start time with the hope that they would still be able to see me and that my appointment may just be shortened. Apparently, I was worried for nothing, because the whole place was closed. Not a car in the lot, "closed" sign on the door and the whole place was dark. I called, texted, and emailed again to see if there was some sort of misunderstanding. No response. Then I called again the next day asking that my card be refunded. To this day, I have not had any kind of response from them, and I have not been refunded for the service I never received. Don't try to book an appointment here! They will take your money and you'll wind up having to negotiate with your credit card company to get it back.
