I do not care how good Tranquil Moments is at massage if they cannot keep an appointment, and then ignore phone calls, emails and text messages about the missed appointment and requests for a refund. My belief is that this business planned to keep my $110, and hoped that I would just give up. I will never ever attempt to book with this provider again. The landlord told me that he has seen a number of other customers show for appointments only to find the business closed.

They will take your money and you'll wind up having to negotiate with your credit card company to get it back.
