Dione our manicurist was amazing. Did the full spa mani package for my daughter, kept stopping to ask if everything was ok when she was clipping and doing cuticles. Overall great experience and would 1000% return and recommend

The establishment offers a truly relaxing atmosphere the moment you step inside. There's a "relaxation room" with pleasant furnishings, as well as coffee and tea. I've had massages in the past, but they take great care for client's comfort at every turn - and at a price that rivals every place I've ever visited. It's run by a family, and they are accommodating friendly and very professional. I think their prices are reasonable, their service is terrific, And they offer a variety of modalities in their massage therapies. I definitely recommend them and would certainly give them a try. They have more than adequate parking they're easy to get to and you can make appointments online or by phone. I recommend the online version because they don't have a full-time receptionist, as far as I can see they do return phone calls and will acknowledge by text or email your appointment if they can accommodate you. They do require a questionnaire, and if you do have medical issues, they may as they well should, require a doctors note Allowing you to get the massage.

The facial was amazing, my skin looks and feels so good and hydrated. The place itself is so cozy and cute. I've had facials and massages at several different places in the past, but Tranquil really knows how to go above and beyond to give you the full relaxation experience!

Very frustrating, but in itself, not the reason for this cautionary review. I made several calls that day and subsequently to this business, but none were returned. I emailed and called Tranquil Moments requesting my money back and was ignored for 2 weeks. Today I called my credit card company and requested a chargeback. I do not care how good Tranquil Moments is at massage if they cannot keep an appointment, and then ignore phone calls, emails and text messages about the missed appointment and requests for a refund. My belief is that this business planned to keep my $110, and hoped that I would just give up. I will never ever attempt to book with this provider again. The landlord told me that he has seen a number of other customers show for appointments only to find the business closed.
