It was right before Thanksgiving and they took care of my car issue in less that a week, meanwhile I took it to the dealer before hand and it took them a week to tell me what was wrong with my car, they also didn't fix the issue that I took it in for, but instead they took it upon themselves to do other work on the car that I didn't ask them to do and billed me for it, the total cost was about $1,800 dollars and my car was in the same condition that I brought it into them for. To make matter worse, they wanted to charge me $6.800 dollars to replace my transmissions on top of what they had already charge me. A total rip off the deader are especially when the warranty has expired. I had a choice as to where I wanted to take my vehicle for servicing, but I chose N & M Transmissions because it was local to where I live, and I'm glad I did. Not only did they display great technical knowledge about transmissions, but they impressed me with their honesty, a rare commodity with auto mechanics these days. They explained everything to me in great detail so that I knew everything they were doing or planning to do, so there were no surprises. They're honest mechanic, they also told me about some other issues that I had with my car that the dealer should had taken care of. Chatgpt tells me its most likely a leak and I saw a puddle under the car before I towed it. Ian, the manager, calls me and tells me the transmission needs to be rebuilt and the fluid is fill. Cost:$3900 - $4900. Something felt off because I literally saw the puddle of fluid and I towed to another shop (Sal Transmission on Stillwell). Turns out it was just a leak. Sal sealed it and topped it off. Cost: $235 Dolphin tried to take me for $4500 so this review for anybody considering going here. Beware!
