I am 61 and my face looked tired and saggy, not to mention lined and baggy. Sandy is knowledgeable,…read moreprofessional, and extremely talented! Together we came up with a rejuvenation plan while I was getting a Diamond Hydro facial with dermaplaning. Over the next 3 months I got (1) a mini lip (filler) (2) another Diamond Hydro facial with dermaplaning (3) another mini lip (4) Sculptra injections in cheek hollows and along the jawline to get collagen production going. All procedures gave great results with minimal bruising from injections for a total cost of ~$2000. A great price to look ten years younger!! Please note I did start derma planing myself, gave myself home facials with my own products, and generally "upped my skincare game" in between visits to Sandy. Frankly, my results are epic! Even my husband noticed! That is a miracle!!! If your are looking to take years off your face without surgery, Amanda is the expert you can trust! I also purchased two of her otc products to target my problem areas, but that wasn't included in my costs above. BTW...getting injectables is never fun, but Amanda is amazingly skilled at keeping you calm and comfortable during procedures and she even reminds you to breathe! Sandra is a consummate professional and artist! My new face looks fantastic! Its easy to book appointments, and her staff are wonderful! I recommend True Med Spa without reservation!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in for a tattoo removal which Irene said she is very good at and she would…read morebe 100% able to remove my previous work but instead she wanted to try and do a micro blading cover up because she is confident she can fix it, leaving her office it looked nice enough so I offered to pay for it even tho she said she'd do it for free and only charge me the removal fee, after healing I did not at all like how it looked and I called her to go back to our original plan of removal. Not only did she change her confidence in being able to remove it, she actually said she might leave me with a scar and that her removal process isn't 100%. So she refused to do the removal and guess what she refused to refund my money. She talked so badly about my previous tattoo artist who did a bad job but at least she was a decent human being and refunded my money, Irene is much worse! See proof below of the salon admitting to talking me into changing my service at no charge and the picture of them yet charging me $497.94 and refusing to refund it. Thats their TRUE customer service level. -unhappy customer who was lied to -good luck next time, no refund! And just for those friends leaving "FAKE" reviews which is "ILLEGAL" btw! and claiming real ones are "FAKE" because someone might have moved and didn't update their address lol.. the stupidity of some people is...... See the proof in the photos. Have some SHAME and stop letting your friends leave you good reviews when you are running a bad business. Real customers deserve to know the truth. I would be very careful on who to ask to post reviews on your behalf because my lawyer will make sure all these "fake customers" answer for posting illegally to benefit your business. Luckily I have plenty of time and money is not an issue, as you can see I initially left her $64 tip. This is about "the consumers right" I will make sure this doesn't happen to another paying customer.

She was sat on the floor dusting shelf's, and couldn't momentarily move out of the way for the customer to search for their needs. I kindly stated "I may need to reach above you, sorry about that," to which she states "oh here I can move." YET DID NOT MOVE!! DID NOT ASK "Oh am I in your way, is there anything I can do to help you?" AS ONE SHOULD when you have great customer service skills, in which Stephanie lacks. If you needed a quarterly employee review here it is. I gave Stephanie about 4 minutes to MOVE as I went to gather the rest of my products yet she still doesn't move, I had to reach above her and choose my nail polish on top of her. She also asked her co-worker for a clean wash cloth when she couldn't have gotten up herself to do that, as apart of her task. This location needs improvement ASAP!! You lost a customer. Improve on creating a welcoming AND friendly assisting environment, THATS ALL!!! There's training for that you know.
