Many companies offer this brand, but since the estimate was so thorough we realized we needed more attic ventilation, so ridge vent was added (along with other vents). Pricing by far was the most competitive out of the 5 estimates. The installation only took days, not weeks. The crew showed up on time everyday, and they did not mess around. They did a great job cleaning up the yard from old roofing debri's. Also, we have a disabled family member, and he was thrilled to watch from below as the crew made quick work on our roof. One of the owners came by on his day off, to give him a free shirt!

We were in desperate need of a new "apron" at the bottom of our 400' driveway as the asphalt was crumbling and just kept getting worse. Freschi came in and fixed the several patches on the concrete part of our driveway (using rebar!) and put in a beautiful asphalt "apron". We have had so many compliments from neighbors "now your place really does look like an estate", etc.! Freschi's team is professional, honest and has integrity and they were wonderful in communicating the various steps to expect throughout the whole process (from Shirley in the office to the team on site). We chose them because previously, we had them put in a beautiful rock retaining wall and repair some other sections of our concrete driveway that were in need of repair. We highly recommend them and if, in the future, we were to need remodeling work, we'd choose them for that as well! Thank you Lou, Shirley, Steve, Chris, Rafael & Bronson, and all of the other team members that were involved. We appreciate you - keep up the great work!

I didn't hire Out of Sight because they had the lowest quoted price (which they did) but just because they seemed like nice people and assured me their equipment was up to the job as I described it. It took a couple hours and BOOM the carpet looks almost brand new! The only stains they couldn't get out were likely ink, which they said is nearly impossible to get out of carpet, but 95% of all stains were just GONE! I can't speak to their overall cleaning skills, but when it comes to well-used commercial style carpets, I would HIGHLY recommend Out of Sight Cleaning to do the job correctly and with great results!! Initially everything went well, the roof was replaced without issue. Unfortunately it is what has happened, or failed to happen since that has tainted the experience. My mom had a large redwood that unfortunately dropped a branch large enough to put a decent sized hole in the new roof. My uncle tarped it since the weather was poor and we called them to see if it could get fixed. We went weeks without a response & then they were re doing the neighbors roof and said they would be able to look at it. They came out and looked at the hole and gave us a verbal estimate & said they would be out the following Tuesday, that was over 9 months ago. My mom has left multiple messages asking if they could come out or at least just return her call to get the needed information for another company to fix it. Now my mom is risking other damage to the house if the water has gotten under the tarp. This is such poor business practice and I am highly disappointed.
